Rolling machining is one of a plastic processing method which makes the high hardness and a smooth roller rolling contact with the metal surface so that improve the surface roughness by the partial plastic deformation of surface layer. In recent years, rolling technology continues to develop and the applications are expanding. In the rolling process research, quite a few staff performed a number of pilot studies about rolling processing in the general machine tools (lathe, milling machine, grinder, planer) or the machining center, and work piece material is gradually expanding, such as non-ferrous metals, cast iron, non - iron alloy, low carbon steel, medium carbon steel and high carbon steel and so on. These studies have generally limited to in-house technical innovation, and do not make a comprehensive detailed analysis about this process of rolling.At present, the rapid development of computers and networks, as well as the finite element method has brought a revolutionary change to the engineering research. Finite Element Analysis has become an indispensable analytical tool to the engineering design and application. For the rolling process, not only simulate the process of rolling process, but also can provide a more accurate understanding of the work piece and the forming quality of the internal stress and strain, it can also be sensitive to the factors forming quality of analysis and processing optimization, scientifically guide the process of design, shorten the product design cycle, saving production costs and so on.The main work of this paper is research the effect to final demand size of rolling depth based on the analysis of 27SiMn seamless steel pipe structure, hardness and surface roughness, and performs dynamic simulation using ABAQUS software. By the rolling depth of 27SiMn cylinder available to verify the amount of rolling theory, in order to establish a series of bore of the rolling process parameters used to guide the production. At the same time put forward a common method of calculating the pressure roll. Through the research of elastic-plastic deformation theory, discuss the elastic-plastic deformation during processing of rolling; study of characteristics of rolling process, and explore different ways of rolling processing strengths and weaknesses; at the same time, use the ABAQUS software, analysis the factors affecting the rolling-force and obtain the relationship of the original surface roughness, rolling speed, feed rate, flow-trips and the pressure roll. In this paper, a theoretical 27SiMn Seamless Steel of deep hole rolling processing is theoretically analyzed. By the simulative numerical results from the technology, the results meet the actual requirements of industrial manufacturing, and have a certain guide to the actual production. This provides engineering reasonable reference to these practical issues above.
