Rolling is a kind of finish machining method,which can flatten the wave crest and fill the wave trough of the workpiece surface by squeezing the surface of the workpiece with rollers to produce elastic-plastic deformation.It has the advantages of high machining accuracy and high efficiency.At present,rolling machining is mainly used for finishing the surface of workpiece or shallow hole(l/d<10),but in deep hole(l/d≥10)machining,because the rolling head is in a semi closed state,it can not accurately judge the processing condition and guarantee the processing accuracy,so rolling machining method is not widely used for finishing,but grinding method is still used for finishing,This traditional method has a series of problems,such as low processing efficiency,long production cycle and so on.Therefore,the deep hole rolling of 42CrMo alloy steel is studied in this thesis1)The elastoplastic deformation problem is optimized and constrained,the specific environment and deformation conditions are set,the elastoplastic mathematical model is constructed,and the relationship expression between stress,strain and displacement is determined.At the same time,the mathematical model is applied to the finite element simulation software,and the flow plastic stress equation is set according to the constitutive equation to guide the setting of finite element simulation processing parameters.2)Using the method of qualitative analysis,this thesis analyzes the influence of various parameters(interference,feed,speed,rolling times and coolant)on the processing quality in the rolling process,and obtains the rolling processing parameters(interference,feed,speed,rolling times and coolant)by consulting the relevant processing manual and literature,as well as consulting the on-site workers and technologists Reasonable range of coolant and rolling head structure parameters.3)Deform 3D software is used to simulate the deep hole rolling process.Build the finite element simulation model,verify the accuracy of the simulation model,design the experimental scheme,carry out the simulation rolling processing,get the stress and strain curve distribution of the workpiece under different parameters,select the reasonable range of processing parameters by analyzing the stress and strain curve distribution,and prepare for the physical experiment.4)Based on the finite element simulation results,the rolling processing experiment is carried out,the experimental scheme is designed,the deep hole rolling processing experimental platform is built,the rolling processing is carried out,the detection results are analyzed,the influence of process parameters on the processing quality is clear,and the optimal deep hole rolling processing process parameters are determined.Through the combination of theory and practice,this thesis discusses the practical application of rolling method in deep hole processing.Taking the processing accuracy as the research standard,it determines the reasonable processing parameters,so as to solve the problems of low efficiency and long production cycle in deep hole processing,At the same time,it has practical guiding significance for the deep hole rolling experiment of 42CrMo alloy steel and the actual deep hole rolling production.
