Research On Optimal Reserve Of Emergency Materials In Health Emergencies Based On Demand Analysis

In recent years,public health emergencies have frequently and repeatedly erupted at home and abroad,affecting the people’s life safety,property safety,and social and economic development to a certain extent.For example,the SARS outbreak in 2003 and the covid-19 outbreak in 2019,such public health emergencies are difficult to predict and prevent in advance.Then the reasonable reserve of emergency supplies is one of the most important measures to effectively respond to public health emergencies and reduce personnel infection and property loss.In view of the imbalance in demand and supply of medical emergency supplies exposed during the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,emergency supplies with reasonable reserve types,optimal quantities and available for government allocation are one of the important issues that need to be solved urgently in response to public health emergencies,and their research value is remarkable.In order to maximize the protection of the demand for emergency materials after the outbreak of public health emergencies,and to formulate a more reasonable reserve strategy,taking into account the differences in the classification and quantity of emergency material demand in different regions,this paper conducts a hierarchical study on the categories of emergency materials,and constructs the classification and evaluation indicators and models of emergency material demand.The fuzzy theoretical algorithm determines the demand level of emergency materials.At the same time,the concept of the number of reserve indicators for emergency materials is proposed,and it is proposed that the number of reserve indicators for emergency materials should be composed of three factors: the local economic development level,population,and medical and nursing practitioners.As an effective and systematic decision support tool,the maximum value standardization and AHP analytic hierarchy method and other calculation methods are used as the research methods of this paper,and the reserve amount model of the corresponding region is established according to the emergency material reserve index model,and finally the optimal storage amount of emergency materials that should be stored in different strategic reserves is obtained to ensure the feasibility,rationality and effectiveness of the reserves,in order to provide effective reference for the improvement of China’s emergency material reserves.
