| Under the call of carbon peak and carbon neutralization goal,the development of new energy vehicles in China is in full swing,and the new energy vehicles carbon emission has also become a research hotspot.Based on the electric car as the research object,this dissertation puts forward the carbon flow graph theory and the new electric car lifecycle model,and based on the carbon flow graph theory developed carbon footprint management system of electric vehicle and provides practitioners with convenient carbon accounting support tools,used in every stage of the detailed analysis of carbon emissions,traceability and pertinent carbon reduction for discussion,It is of great research significance to establish perfect electric vehicle carbon emission policy formulation and optimize product technology program.First of all,a new carbon emission classification scheme based on the whole life cycle theory was proposed in this dissertation,namely the carbon emission flow diagram theory.The data about carbon emission was divided into basic carbon source in this theory,which includes process carbon consumption,transport carbon consumption,material carbon consumption and carbon sink.This classification method is of great significance for the improvement of the efficiency of making energy saving and emission reduction schemes in the later stage.The carbon emission flow diagram also has obvious advantages in carbon emission traceability,data visualization,data scalability and other aspects.It allows for basic screening of data and adding new carbon emission data without affecting the overall carbon emission analysis.Secondly,the dissertation divided the whole life cycle of electric vehicles for raw materials acquisition,manufacturing,using and recycling,four stages and carbon emissions in different stages of the calculation model was established.LIXIANG L8 was taken as the research object,carbon emission in each stage of its life cycle was calculated and carbon emission flow diagram was established.Carbon emission in each stage of the whole life cycle of the research object was analyzed according to the carbon emission flow diagram,and the feasibility of the theory was verified.Finally,in order to have strong operability and implementability of the carbon emission flow diagram theory,this dissertation also developed a carbon emission flow diagram drawing tool to facilitate the use of carbon emission flow diagram to analyze carbon emission project data.The results show that this theory can refine the carbon emission analysis and increase the accuracy of carbon reduction programs.It plays an significant role in the analysis of practical cases,which is beneficial to the future research of carbon footprint accounting in the automobile industry. |
