Study On Coordinated Development Of Tourism Economy And Ecological Environment In Taizhou

During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,with the efforts of the Party Central Committee and staff at all levels,the cultural and tourism work has always adhered to the basic principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability,benefiting from the increasing development of the economy,the tourism industry has also been further promoted,and the tourism development of Taizhou City has reached a new height in recent years.When tourism produces huge economic and social benefits,it may also have certain negative effects on the ecological environment.In this paper,the panel data of each county(city and district)in Taizhou City is selected for research.The index system of tourism economy is constructed from the two subsystems of efficiency and industry,and the index system of ecological environment is constructed from the two subsystems of pressure and response.Finally,after calculating the index weight by entropy weight method,the calculation results of the coupling coordination degree of the two and the driving factors of the coupling coordination degree are represented.(1)The comprehensive index of environmental assessment in Taizhou City showed an upward trend,and the average values of the comprehensive index of environmental assessment were 0.51(2010),0.53(2015)and 0.56(2020),which increased year by year.Compared with the previous five years,the increase rate in the last five years has accelerated,only Jiaojiang District is in a state of decline,about9.19%,and the more increase areas are Huangyan District and Luqiao District,respectively: 13.3% and 11.0%.(2)The coupling degree of Taizhou City showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the average values of coupling degree were 0.57(2010),0.84(2015),and 0.80(2020).From 2010 to 2015,all regions increased,with Xianju County increasing the most;From 2015 to 2020,there was a slight decrease in most regions in the last five years compared to the previous five years.The coupling coordination degree of Taizhou City also showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the average coupling degree was 0.43(2010),0.61(2015)and 0.59(2020),respectively.Analysis of indicators in different regions,from 2010 to 2015,all regions increased,Xianju County increased the most,about 5.86 times,from low coordinated coupling to medium coordinated coupling;from 2015 to 2020,compared with the previous five years,most regions in the last five years decreased slightly.(3)The indicators were selected from five aspects,such as industrialization,agricultural development,urbanization,tourism foundation,and natural environment,and finally 9 indicators were selected,and the relationship between the impact factor and the two systems,as well as the coupling degree and the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree were calculated by using the Pearson correlation coefficient.Tourism and environment in Taizhou are relatively coordinated and the degree of coupling is relatively high,but the degree of coupling and coordination is small,and the comprehensive development index of tourism and environment in some regions is quite different.The development of each region is analyzed,and based on the coupling degree and the change of coupling coordination degree in time and the development status of the two systems,a plan for improving the coupling coordination degree in different regions is proposed.For Taizhou City,some corresponding integrated development suggestions are put forward: increase the sustainable development of tourism economy and increase environmental protection.
