Since 21 st century,Chinese economic and social development has been developing sharply.In the infect of good policy,so does the buliding ceramics industry.However,there are still many constraints in its development process,especially the introduction and implementation of relevant real estate policies,the continuous increase in environmental protection inspections,and the continuous and in-depth advancement of supply-side reforms that have brought greater development to the domestic ceramic industry at this stage.Negative impact.At the same time,the continuous promotion of policies such as rural revitalization,urban-rural integration,and old city reconstruction has created more market demand for ceramic tiles in the building ceramic industry.For traditional architectural ceramics companies,the current domestic market environment presents both challenges and opportunities.In view of this,how to combine the actual development of the enterprise under the influence of many restrictive factors,and the marketing strategy that is compatible with the system is extremely important.By expounding the relevant content of the 4P theory,this paper conducts a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the current marketing strategy of W company.With the help of four analysis methods,I found the best W company’s current marketing strategy Optimize strategies to improve the market competitiveness of relevant products of W Company.Fully analyze the macro-and micro-environment,the current opportunities and challenges,and its own strengths and weaknesses faced by W Buliding Ceramics company.On this basic,STP theory is used to analyze the main target market of W company.The analysis results show that,for W Company,its mid-to-high-end user groups are the main target and direction of its marketing.Therefore,W company should strive to improve the existing mid-to-high-end ceramic consumer market,Put forward the corresponding marketing strategy optimization mothods and take some othe measures to make sure that can be come true.Based on the existing marketing strategy of W company,this article conducts a comprehensive and objective analysis and discussion on it,and uses 4P theory to improve its existing marketing strategy accordingly,so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of W company.
