With the rise of the industrial internet and the promotion of the "Made in China2025" strategy,the metal furniture industry is transforming towards digitalization,informatization and intelligence.However,due to the characteristics of its smallvolume and multi-variety manufacturing mode,the metal furniture industry has made modest progress in information identification,with low information transfer efficiency and difficulty in information tracing,which hinders the advancement of the digitalization process of enterprises.Taking a metal furniture manufacturing enterprise in Jiangxi as an example,this paper explores the application of marking reso lution technology in the metal furniture industry,and designs and develops a production management platform applicable to the industry to promote the transformation of metal furniture enterprises to digitalization and intelligence.Firstly,through field research and analysis of the industry’s current production status and pain points,and from the perspective of the characteristics in corporate information management,the identification coding scheme for the metal furniture industry was proposed to be divided into four dimensions of "product-parts-process routine-processing equipment".The coding scheme also combined the Industrial Internet Handle identification system to share enterprise identification information through the secondary nodes of the Industrial Internet industry.Secondly,for the production needs of enterprises collaborative processing,an inter-enterprise optimal resource allocation scheme was proposed.Based on the equipment processing characteristics coding,a fuzzy cluster analysis of the identified equipment resources in the industry was carried out to initially screen out the available equipment resources,and then a multi-objective optimisation model based on processing cost,production timespan and production quality was established,and through the improvement of the genetic algorithm,the supplier equipment resources were further obtained.The optimal allocation scheme of supplier equipment resources was verified through a practical example.Finally,in view of the difficulties in tracing information of structural parts in enterprises,a traceability model of metal furniture marking information based on batch management was established through the analysis of traceability objects and traceability methods,and the information traceability process was optimized.The development of the production management platform was completed based on the secondary node management platform for identification resolution.Through the system requirement analysis,the final functional module design scheme was determined.The development of the production management platform was constructed using the C# programming language,based on the Silver Light rich client technology framework,and the data interaction was realized through the interfaces provided by the secondary node for identification resolution.The system reduced the cost of information transfer and provided a reference solution for other information systems developed for the metal furniture industry.
