At present,fruit packaging technology is a hot spot in food packaging research.Every year,the output of grapefruit in China is tens of millions of tons,however,because of the backwardness of the automatic packaging technology of grapefruit,the packaging efficiency of grapefruit is low.At present,the way of grapefruit packaging is mainly manual packaging or semi-automatic packaging,but its packaging efficiency is low,labor consumption is large,and the degree of automation is low.In addition,due to the special characteristics of grapefruit,it is difficult to realize the automatic packaging of grapefruit,and so far the fully automatic packaging production line dedicated to grapefruit has yet to be developed.Among them,the key problem is the direction of grapefruit,the direction of grapefruit is due to the grapefruit conveyed down from the conveyor roller when the posture is messy,in order to prevent the grapefruit in the subsequent packing work,due to the uneven placement of the grapefruit and caused by the packaging error or poor packaging,so the grapefruit needs to be adjusted to the same posture.Therefore,this project conducts research on the work of grapefruit redirection,and designs a diversion machine in the automatic grapefruit packaging production line,the main research content is as follows:(1)Through consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,the relevant physical properties of grapefruit were obtained,including density,elastic modulus,Poisson’s ratio;Through experimental determination,the friction coefficient of grapefruit was obtained;solid modeling of the typical structure of grapefruit;According to the damage principle of grapefruit,ABAQUS software is used to simulate the free fall of grapefruit,and the critical fall height and corresponding critical normal velocity of grapefruit damage are obtained,and the critical fall height is verified by free fall test.(2)Research on the collision process of grapefruit on the slipway mechanism:According to Hertz elastic collision theory,the collision dynamics model of grapefruit on the slipway mechanism is established.The accuracy of the established collision model is verified by comparing the critical normal velocity of grapefruit deduced from the collision model with the critical normal velocity obtained by simulation.Based on the "oblique collision principle",the minimum collision angle when the grapefruit and the slide mechanism contact each other is calculated,so as to lay the foundation for the optimal design of the slide mechanism.Through the simulation of ADAMS software,the schemes of the three slipway mechanisms were compared to obtain the optimal scheme.(3)Structure and control system design of the direction adjustment machine:combined with the actual demand and functional analysis,the corresponding design requirements of the automatic grapefruit packaging production line direction adjustment machine are put forward,the working principle of the whole machine is designed,and on the basis of completing the design of key components,the three-dimensional modeling of the whole machine is carried out by using Pro/E software;Design the whole machine control system,the control system is divided into hardware and software parts.In terms of hardware,it mainly includes: designing the overall framework of the control system,selecting programmable controllers,assigning I/O port addresses,designing external circuits,designing pneumatic systems,etc.In terms of software,it mainly includes designing and writing control programs.(4)The production of the principle prototype: according to the working principle of the grapefruit direction adjustment machine,the principle prototype is produced,and the test is carried out on the principle prototype to achieve the verification of the working principle of the grapefruit direction adjustment machine.
