| With the arrival of the big data era,the server industry is undergoing vigorous development.As a CPU supporting product critical to the server operation,there is a large market demand for radiator.To meet the mass production requirement of a new CPU radiator,and also to address the low efficiency of manual assembly of radiator plugs,an automatic assembly machine for radiator plugs is developed in this paper.The article introduces the assembly process and design requirements of the radiator plug,and studies the key technologies of the plug feeding and positioning,plug loading and assembly,and establishes the three-dimensional model of the plug assembly machine,and completes the prototype.Trial production and performance test.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on vibration feeding of radiator plugs.Based on the requirements of the plug feeding continuity and stability,the dynamic model of the disc vibrator was constructed,and the conditions of the material sliding upwards and the optimal operating frequency ratio Z=0.85~0.95 of the vibrating feeding system were obtained by simulation.The modal analysis method was used to obtain The first six-order modes of the disc vibrator are verified,and the reliability of the disc vibrator design is verified;through the relevant calculations,the key parameters such as the helix angle,vibration angle and diameter of the vibrating disc are determined;the linear feeding part is carried out.ADAMS vibration simulation verifies the feasibility of linear vibration conveying.(2)Radiator plug automatic assembly mechanical structure design.Based on the requirements of automatic assembly,the structural design of the vibration feeding mechanism,the secondary positioning mechanism,the assembly manipulator,the power head and the fixture is carried out.At the same time,the dynamic simulation analysis of the assembly manipulator is carried out by using the ADAMS software,and the assembly plug of the assembly manipulator is obtained.The whole movement process of the fuselage verifies the rationality of its structural design.(3)Design of automatic assembly control system for radiator plug.Based on the characteristics of fast response speed and flexible control of pneumatic control,the pneumatic system of the automatic assembly machine for radiator plugs is designed by using compressed air as the power source for mechanical actions such as ascending,descending,clamping,and loosening.Based on the timing requirements of each assembly action of the radiator plug,the electrical control system of the automatic assembly machine for the radiator plug is designed;and the control circuit design and system control program development of the automatic assembly machine for the radiator plug are completed,as well as the human-computer interaction interface design.(4)Prototype trial production and testing.The three-dimensional model of the plug assembly machine was established by NX10.0 software,and the trial production of the prototype was completed;the step-by-step and complete machine tests were carried out on the automatic assembly machine for radiator plugs,and the working performance and assembly efficiency of each part of the prototype were tested..The results show that the automatic assembly machine for radiator plugs runs stably,and its assembly accuracy and work efficiency meet the design requirements.The automatic assembly machine for radiator plugs developed in this paper has been used in Zhuzhou Zhire Technology Co.,Ltd.,and users have responded well. |
