Front-End Garbage Classification Service Design In Beijing International Talents Community

Sustainable development and environmental pollution are the focus of global concern.Waste classification can effectively reduce the secondary pollution to the environment and make waste resources reused.In recent years,while strengthening environmental governance,China has implemented household garbage classification regulations to comprehensively deepen the institutional innovation of green development.As the main place of household garbage,community is the primary point of urban environmental governance.Although the domestic many key cities have issued the garbage classification management policies and supplemented by a variety of economic incentives,and to a certain extent,has obtained the certain result,but the current domestic situation of community garbage classification in multilateral governance,each link manpower shortage,continuity and self-consciousness and proficiency to improve resident classification,The whole people consciously classification habit has not yet developed.Based on the above background,this study studies community garbage classification from the perspective of service design,trying to use design to guide people to correct garbage classification,and improve residents’ participation and accuracy.This study has three parts,the first part is related to service design theory and basic implementation present situation of community front-end garbage classification study and comb,points out the importance of the service design thinking into community garbage classification,and analyze the community front-end garbage sorting service elements and characteristics of the summary of the current situation of our country community front-end garbage sorting service.The second part to the capital international talent community as an example,through field investigation,questionnaire survey and user interviews combing community residents and staff characteristics,map users portraits and journey,summed up the community residents and community in the process of garbage delivery staff of each link in the process of collecting pickup contact point,and analysis of the real demand of users,Then find the pain point and opportunity point of each contact point and put forward four design strategies of community front-end garbage classification service system.The third part focuses on the residents to deliver each link to design the important contact: through the semantics of ergonomics,design psychology,design,graphics,color combination,to redesign of living garbage classification identification,highlight the effective information to convey,and applied to the garbage bags,household trash cans and propaganda materials design,thus reducing the user confusion when delivery;In accordance with the provisions of the national standards,the mechanical structure of the community garbage classification station and the collection of recyclables are designed visually,so as to bring the ordering and interest of the collection to the users,so as to improve the user delivery experience.In this study,it focuses on the contact point of the whole process from garbage generation to the end of garbage delivery by community residents,and optimises its design,striving to increase the experience and interest of garbage delivery through design,change its inherent thinking of garbage delivery behavior,so as to arouse people’s awareness of correct garbage classification consciously.By creating a good atmosphere for garbage classification in the community,residents’ enthusiasm and accuracy of garbage classification can be improved.
