The diameter of oil production steel pipe needs to be tested before leaving the factory to test whether its inner diameter and straightness meet the requirements.In order to solve the problem of manual feeding of the drift diameter gauge used in the original drift diameter,aiming at the disorder of the drift diameter gauge on the recovery belt,a device which can automatically line up and recover the short drift diameter gauge of steel pipe for orderly feeding is designed,which lays a solid foundation for the automation of steel pipe drift diameter,improves the production efficiency of steel pipe production line,and solves the problems of high labor intensity,poor working environment and low safety in this process.On the basis of understanding the original drift diameter process,according to the requirements of the production cycle and working time,the research is carried out on the recycling and feeding of short diameter gauges with a diameter of φ63mm~φ197mm and a length of 304 mm.The overall plan for transmission,direction adjustment and material loading of the diameter gauges within the scope of this specification is proposed.The structure design ideas and working principles of the belt conveyor,swing mechanism,horizontal pushing mechanism,loading rack,photoelectric switch,proximity switch and longitudinal pushing mechanism are defined,and the specific structure and motion parameters of each mechanism are determined according to the process requirements.The force and energy parameters of the main parts of the recycling and orderly feeding device are calculated and selected,such as the three-in-one reduction motor of swing mechanism and belt conveyor,the cylinder of the horizontal pushing mechanism,the cylinder of the longitudinal pushing mechanism and the photoelectric switch and proximity,and their specific models and relevant parameters are determined.The three-dimensional modeling of the parts of the device is carried out by Creo 3.0,and the virtual assembly is completed.Through ADAMS,the movement simulation of the diameter gauge with the pose as the axis and the belt running direction is carried out,and the linear velocity of the belt under the condition of the recycling and feeding process time is obtained.And at this speed,the motion simulation is carried out for the recovery and loading of the maximum and minimum drift diameter gauges with a posture of 90 degrees and 45 degrees at the falling position respectively.The displacement and velocity curves of the center points at both ends of the drift diameter gauge obtained through the simulation show that the drift diameter gauge under each simulation experiment can change into the forward direction under the adjustment of the swing mechanism,and push it to the upper material frame through the transverse push mechanism,and stay in the v-groove of the material frame stably with a forward posture.The designed parameters meet the requirements of drift diameter gauge recycling and feeding process,and the structural design of the device is reasonable.
