The egg automatic feeding is one of the most important parts in egg automatic processing production.It is capable to solve the issues of zoonotic disease spreading,high labor intensity,high damage rate and low production efficiency,which exists in the artificial feeding during egg processing production.Currently,the research progress on the automation equipment of egg processing production is relatively backward compared with other countries.Moreover,the degree of automation and production efficiency of automatic feeding device is quite lower,resulting in the unstable product quality.More significantly,there is no independent intellectual property rights on the egg automatic feeding device.Consequently,this paper studies relative work as follows,(1)the three-dimensional structure of the machine,including egg dish conveyer,chuck swing arm device,suction cups components and egg tray recycling equipment.The transmission principle and working process of the whole machine to carry on the detailed instructions,working principle and connection to various parts of the key relationships are expounded and analyzed.Assembly and motion simulation show that the egg tray conveying device and swing arm sucker device matching sex good,;Suction cups in the component and sucker suction nozzle can satisfy the requirement of the separate,closed work;Egg tray recycling equipment design is clever,can empty egg tray and not empty egg dish for recycling.(2)The sucker arm device,acting as the core part of automatic feeding device during egg processing production line,is simplified.To be more detail,its structural motion diagram is established,and the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the sucker part are analyzed.At the same time,the principle of angle compensation of sucker arm is theoretical analyzed.As a result,the rationality and feasibility of the model is verified.The theoretical analysis shows that the design of sucker automatic feeding device structure in the egg processing line is reasonable in this paper.Particularly,the crank joystick,gear amplifying and timing belt angle compensation structures are in a series combination.It ensures the requirements of maintaining level between large angle reciprocating swing of sucker feeding process and sucker components and production line.(3)The mechanical kinematics simulation of the sucker arm device is performed using ADAMS.The curves of displacement,speed and acceleration with the crank swing angle of sucker components in the horizontal and vertical directions,respectively.In the crank position between 84 ° to 108 ° to suck eggs,crank between 252 ° to 252 ° location to put eggs,The simulation results show that the suction cup only has a vertical speed when the automatic feeding device is set at the sucking and putting positions,using the designed dimension parameters of the crank,connecting rod,rocker,pendulum and gear.The sucker can be aligned with the eggs on the egg tray and the egg care sticks at production line,absorbing and releasing eggs accurately.In addition,the varying regulation of displacement,velocity and acceleration all meets the movement requirements of transporting eggs from the egg tray conveyor line to the egg processing production line.Movement of swing arm sucker device of prototype observation and test results show that: chuck swing arm device in the process of movement,chuck components in the horizontal and vertical direction of maximum displacement,maximum speed,maximum acceleration corresponding crank Angle of movement and movement error of the simulation results in only 1 ° to 2 ° range,validate the correctness of theoretical analysis and simulation and practical value.(4)The whole machine is simulated by IRAI electromechanical integrationsemi-physical control.Using the entity PLC controller as the core in the external control system,the combination of virtual and actual simulation with semi-physical and high precision is conducted for the three-dimensional machine model of virtual sucker feeding device for egg processing production line in the IRAI in the VU PRO emulator.The results show that PLC control program can precisely control the feeding device.Moreover,the mechanical and electrical integration of virtual reality simulation by IRAI software can effectively test the rationality of mechanical structure and control system,reducing the prototype trial risk.
