The rolling molding process is a plastic processing method for the production of large and medium-sized hollow products,and the wall thickness of the molded products is uniform and there are no seams.Due to its process characteristics and the restriction of the materials used,the molding cycle of the rotary products is longer,which reduces the productivity of the products.The powder in the mold is heated in the oven,and the heating method is one of the key factors to determine the performance of the product,because the uneven heating causes the quality of the product is not qualified.Therefore,from the process and equipment to improve it,the equipment improvement object for the shuttle roller(model CS-3500),The main contents and contributions made by this thesis are summarized as follows:(1)In view of the influence of heating process of rotational molding process on product performance,the process analysis of the whole rotational molding process cycle is completed.Combined with heat transfer,the heat transfer control equation of rotational molding is determined,and the relationship between physical quantities and heat transfer efficiency in the process of heat transfer is clarified.The physical process of heat transfer was further divided,and the theoretical model of heat transfer time of oven mold was obtained.(2)The working process of the shuttle rotational molding machine is analyzed.Combined with the research in the second chapter,the optimization direction is defined,that is,the oven structure and heating mode.The overall scheme design of the improved shuttle rotational molding machine is completed,and the structure drawing of the whole machine is completed by UG software.The easily damaged structure straight arm is simulated and optimized by finite element method,and the final optimization scheme is determined.The kinematic simulation software ADAMS is used to simulate the movement speed of the die.The results show that the die on the straight arm disc moves smoothly.(3)The software and hardware requirements of the electronic control system are analyzed,and the overall scheme of the electronic control system is determined.Taking GX works3 software as the development platform,the software program design of electronic control system is completed by using the combination of SFC process language and internal ladder diagram,and the human-computer interface design is completed by using GT designer3 software.With the help of PC,the joint debugging of program and touch screen is completed.Finally,the wiring is completed,and the on-site debugging of software and hardware is completed,and the debugging operation is normal.The results show that the improved shuttle roll molding machine runs well as a whole,preparing for the trial production of roll molding products in the next chapter.(4)The prototype of the improved shuttle rotational molding machine has been debugged to complete the trial production experiment of rotational molding products.The experimental object is the rotational molding military box(model RS820).The results show that it meets the production requirements,and further proves the rationality of the optimization of rotational molding process and equipment and the design of electric control system. |
