| With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for high-quality plastic products is increasing.At present,the rotational molding industry mainly focuses on oven circulating heating,which is heated by means of hot air and open fire.Aiming at the problems of low energy utilization,uneven heating and complex working conditions in the heating process of the oven,the heating mode and control system are optimized by taking the turret rotational molding machine as the research object.The main contents are as follows:(1)Mold heating pipe design.According to the production process and industry specifications,determine the pipeline layout scheme and design three kinds of heating pipelines;Based on FLUENT software,thermodynamic fluid simulation is carried out for three kinds of pipelines to determine the optimal pipeline structure.(2)Overall layout and design of heat transfer oil type rotational molding machine.According to the work engineering of rotary tower type rotational molding machine,the optimization and improvement direction are determined;Improve the heating mode and optimize the working process,determine the equipment layout of the heat transfer oil type rotational molding machine,and complete the overall design scheme;Use Solid Works software to draw the structure of the whole machine and complete the design of the whole machine;Finally,ADAMS software is used to simulate the motion of the heat transfer oil type rotational molding machine to determine the stability and design feasibility of the mechanism.(3)Overall design of electronic control system.The electric control system is divided into hardware selection and software design,and the overall design scheme is determined according to the design needs;Analyze the rotational molding process flow and select PLC as the motion controller;Take GX works3 as the programming software to determine the I / O distribution scheme and complete the electrical program;Taking GT destiner3 as the touch screen simulation platform,the touch screen interface design is completed;Finally,carry out field wiring and program control,use the touch screen for joint control,and debug the working process of the equipment.(4)Sample production experiment.The mathematical model of the heat transfer process of rotational molding is established and the process parameters are determined;According to the production process parameters,the production experiment is carried out by using the heat transfer oil type rotational molding machine;The production product is a water treatment tank.The mechanical properties and appearance of the tank are tested.The results show that the mechanical properties of the production product are excellent,the TIR is less than 10%,the uniform error of wall thickness is less than3 ‰,the sealing is good,the appearance is good,and the sample meets the application requirements of plastic products. |
