| Rotational molding is a process method of forming hollow plastic products.Widely used in national defense and military affairs,leisure and entertainment,life storage tanks and other fields.Traditional rotational molding uses open fire or hot air heating mold,which has the characteristics of low effective thermal utilization,low degree of automation of equipment,temperature cannot partition control,poor personnel working environment and so on.Electric heating rotational mold is a new type of rotational molding mold directly heated by electric heating wire,because of its advantages of high energy utilization rate,controllable mold temperature partition,easy to achieve equipment automation and so on.However,the shape of rotational molding mold is usually complex,and there are problems such as difficult layout and installation of electric heating wire,less automatic rotational molding equipment suitable for electric heating mold,and lack of regular control parameters of electric heating process.Therefore,it is an urgent need for practitioners and researchers to design new molds,develop new equipment,and explore new processes to promote the commercial maturity of electric heating rotational molding.The main research contents and conclusions of this subject are summarized as follows:(1)Mold design of electric heating rotational molding.,and the temperature simulation results and experimental results were compared to verify the accuracy of the temperature simulation.Taking the simulation method as the test method of temperature uniformity of electric heating mold,the layout method of electric heating wire suitable for electric heating rotational molding-unit division group method was proposed,and the urea tank was taken as an example to design the layout scheme of electric heating wire.(2)The mechanical structure of the automatic electric heating rotational molding machine is designed,and the rotating arm is analyzed to verify the rationality of the structure.The transmission system of the electric heating rolling plastic machine is calculated,and the selection method of motor,reducer,gear and slewing bearing is proposed.Finally designed a model can automatically remove mold,open mold,lock mold electric heating rotational molding machine.(3)Based on the wall thickness and bubble molding mechanism of rotational molding products,change the process parameters of rotational molding products,and conduct the product molding experiment.In the aspect of regulating wall thickness,the effects of mold speed,mold shape,mold temperature and electric heating pipe heating power on product wall thickness are studied.In terms of surface stoma elimination,the influence of heating temperature and heating time on product pores is studied,and the regulation method is proposed for the elimination of multi-cavity mold pores. |
