In recent years,with the substantial progress of a series of rural governance and construction projects,rural ecological environment governance has become an important part of local governments’ work.It calls for prioritizing ecology,strictly adhering to the bottom line of ecology,taking multiple measures simultaneously,promoting the green development of agriculture and rural areas,and developing the digital economy.The development of artificial intelligence is currently being discussed in all fields.Integrating digital intelligence and traditional industries is an effective method for overcoming the development standstill.First of all,The research of this paper is mainly based on the above background and the technical problems,process problems and green transformation problems existing in the process of green transformation of main grain production waste,so as to digitally reconstruct the green transformation of main grain production waste and intelligently rectifying the government’s management decision-making channel.The construction of green transformation platform of main grain production to provide information technology support for green transformation of main grain production waste.Secondly,This paper elaborates the process of the whole project by focusing on user research,field observation,platform similar product analysis,design research and system design.Firstly,the green transformation status of staple food production waste was investigated,participants and business processes of various main elements in the platform system were sorted out,and users’ needs were found out.Secondly,it investigates related platforms of digital intelligence to understand the functional architecture and current problems of competing product platforms.Third,combined with the expectations of the participants of the main elements and the inspiration of similar platform products,after determining the optimization objectives of business efficiency and data application,a systematic overall platform architecture solution was developed,including the comprehensive design of the platform’s page layout,functional requirements and operation process.The interactive and visual designs including web end and digital intelligent analysis and large screen end are output.Finally,The green conversion platform of staple grain production waste based on the above technical framework not only changes the traditional management mode of agriculture and rural areas,but also enables the government management department to make more scientific,reasonable and correct decisions driven by data intelligence,and improve the green conversion rate of staple grain production waste.
