To peak the carbon dioxide emissions and to achieve carbon neutrality bring about extensive and profound systematic changes.Confronted with the pressure to maintain the vitality of economic development and realize carbon emission reduction at the same time,Shanghai industrial sector is urgently required to explore a green development road,which coordinates energy,economy,and environment.Based on summarizing previous studies focusing on the system coupling,and coordinated paths,this thesis establishes the Energy-Economy-Environment(3E)Index System of Shanghai Industrial Sector through proper adjustments to existing 3E index systems according to city features.To begin with,system coupling method is adopted to build a comprehensive understanding of Shanghai industrial sector from 2010 to 2019.Further,through the gray relationship analysis method,critical elements that impede coupling coordination of the whole system and between subsystems are identified.Finally,scenario analysis is used to predict the development trends of coupling coordination degree of Shanghai industrial sector under different paths and explore a coordinated development path suitable for Shanghai industrial sector.In the mathematical model,TOPSIS method is introduced to make the results more distinguishable;from the perspective of research,the 3E system index system is constructed at the city level;in terms of countermeasures,the importance of suggestions is ranked according to the efficiency of different paths.The results of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree evaluation,grey correlation evaluation and related scenario analysis of Shanghai industrial sector 3E system show that:(1)System coupling degrees and coupling coordination degrees of Shanghai industrial sectors show a rising trend,but need to be further improved.The wide gaps between economic system,energy system and environmental system have been existed for a long time,and the development rate environment system is relatively slow.Shanghai industrial sector still has a long way to reach the stage of high quality and coordinated development.(2)Clean energy,high-quality development,energy and economic decoupling,and environmental investment,highly synchronized with the long-term development of coupling coordination degrees,are the key factors affecting coordinated development of Shanghai industrial sector.(3)In the four scenarios(clean energy,decoupling,high-quality development,and environmental investment),influences to improve coupling coordination degrees can be described as follows: highquality development path > environmental investment path ≈ clean energy path >decoupling path.Therefore,the priorities lay in improving the quality of industrial economic development,increasing investment in environmental protection,and promoting clean energy development.In conclusion,Shanghai industrial sector should boost the coupling coordination degree and achieve coordinated development of energy,economy and environment from four aspects: overall planning,technological innovation,fund channels,and clean energy.
