With the introduction of the outline of the national 14 th five year plan and the demand for high-quality development of the tobacco industry,the scientific performance appraisal scheme for grass-roots employees of tobacco enterprises helps to improve the utilization rate of human resources,enhance employees’ enthusiasm for work,and help employees find a sense of belonging and happiness,so that employees and enterprises can grow synchronously and realize the dual development of enterprises and employees.This paper takes NY cigarette factory as the research object,with the purpose of further optimizing and constructing the performance appraisal scheme,uses the methods of theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis,SWOT analysis,smart analysis,case analysis and so on to study the current performance appraisal of the grass-roots employees of NY cigarette factory,summarizes the relevant research status at home and abroad,and learns the connotation and significance of performance appraisal as well as the relevant tools and procedures of performance appraisal,By comprehensively comparing and analyzing the relevant application results of KPI key indicator method,objective management method and 360 degree assessment method,it provides a theoretical basis for the optimization analysis of this paper.Through the performance assessment case analysis of XC XC and Qingpu tobacco factory,it provides a powerful reference and inspiration for the optimization research of the performance assessment scheme in this paper.Through questionnaire survey,SWOT analysis and smatt analysis,it understands the evaluation of grass-roots employees on the current performance assessment scheme,Summarize the problems existing in the current performance appraisal scheme,and study it,which provides a direction for the optimization of the performance appraisal scheme in this paper.According to the results of questionnaire survey and problem analysis,this paper puts forward further clear assessment positioning,optimizes the assessment model,and constructs relevant suggestions based on kpi+360 assessment design and application scheme of assessment results. |
