| The eastern economic belt is an economic belt with relatively perfect traffic facilities.By virtue of its geographical advantage and high degree of internationalization,it has led to vigorous economic development and frequent trade exchanges.The logistics industry has got the opportunity of development.With the rapid development of logistics industry,it also brings about serious environmental pollution.For example,the logistics industry in packaging,transportation and other links caused by waste of resources and carbon emissions and other issues.At present,we must change the extensive operation of logistics industry and comprehensively consider the common development of environment and economy.The Green total factor productivity(GTFP)takes into account the production efficiency including the energy factor.And it can scientifically and rationally evaluate the economic development quality of the logistics industry.At the same time,environmental regulation,as an act of environmental protection,will inevitably affect the level of economic development.How to influence and how to achieve a higher level of logistics GTFP are the contents of this thesis.I use the panel data of the eastern economic belt from 2003 to 2019.Firstly,the EBM model of data envelopment analysis and Malmquist index method are used to comprehensively calculate the GTFP of logistics industry in the eastern economic belt from static and dynamic perspectives.Secondly,it calculates the Total factor productivity(TFP)without considering carbon emissions.By comparing the relationship between traditional TFP and GTFP,it analyzes the influence of pollution discharge on the output of logistics industry of each province and city.Finally,the dynamic sys-gmm model is used to analyze the relationship between environmental regulation and GTFP of logistics industry.And the influence of control variables is expounded.There are the results.In the provinces where GTFP is low,the emission of pollutants will take up part of the output and reduce the output efficiency of resource input.The relationship between environmental regulation and Logistics Industry GTFP is inverted “U”,and there is an inflection point of environmental regulation.At present,the environmental regulation of the provinces and cities in the eastern economic belt is strong.It suppresses the development of GTFP in logistics industry and is not conducive for enterprises to exert their initiative to achieve high-quality economic development.The thesis explores the relationship between environmental regulation and the GTFP of logistics industry by optimizing the calculation method of GTFP,and finds the strength of optimal environmental regulation.To find the identification of the sources of GTFP growth in the logistics industry,with planned improvements in technology and efficiency.The local government can take scientific and reasonable regulation measures to protect the environment and increase the economy so as to improve the GTFP of the logistics industry. |
