As an important intangible cultural heritage in China,Dongyang bamboo weaving has a long history and rich cultural connotation.After thousands of years of development,it is the wisdom of human long-term production practice.Dongyang bamboo weaving is the second batch of traditional craft varieties under key protection in Zhejiang Province,and was included in the first batch of intangible cultural heritage list in Zhejiang Province in2006.Therefore,this paper provides a new innovative method of design and research focus with the background of Dongyang bamboo knitting,guided by the design innovation of bamboo knitting products.The research of this paper starts from the problem of analyzing the lack of bamboo knitting products to meet the needs of contemporary users,and thus leads to the systematic design theory and method guidance and support of emotional experience.The specific research of this paper is as follows:Based on a large number of literature materials and field investigation,this paper summarizes and sorts out the development origin,regional development factors and cognitive demand changes of Dongyang bamboo weaving.Then it explores three types of Dongyang bamboo weaving,namely practical type,decorative type and artistic type,and discusses the color language of Dongyang bamboo weaving.In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Dongyang bamboo weaving,The technological characteristics of Dongyang bamboo weaving are studied carefully,starting from the commonly used bamboo weaving techniques,decorative pattern weaving techniques and technological flow.Through the image experiment of Kansei Engineering and the main analytic hierarchy process,the expression forms of bamboo woven products under the three levels of emotional experience are analyzed,and the samples of modern bamboo woven products correspond to semantic words under emotional experience,so as to obtain quantitative data,which are imported into SPSS software for factor analysis of data,providing data support for the analysis of users’ actual needs.Through the establishment of the system of emotional experience and bamboo weaving product system,four final emotional semantic words of "rich,exquisite,practical and regular" can be obtained from the data.With the aid and support of the previous data,the relevance of Dongyang bamboo woven product design based on emotional experience is clarified.The paper puts forward the principle of richness,exquisite principle,practical principle and rule principle,and summarizes the design method of modern Dongyang bamboo woven products,which includes "color matching element","modeling structure element","material combination element" and "dollar element of artistic conception".In order to meet the actual needs of users under emotional experience,the questionnaire is used to obtain the positioning of bamboo woven products and people.In the design practice,innovative principles and methods are applied to six design cases of bamboo woven products,lamps,furniture and tea sets to improve the unit of bamboo woven products.Thus to the trend of diversification development to provide practical feasibility of reference value.This paper mainly studies the design and application of Dongyang bamboo braided products in terms of emotional experience.Through design cases,it is proved that the existing predicament of bamboo braided products can be improved as long as the design is used to find the meeting point with contemporary life,and the design and application of bamboo braided products can be injected with new soul. |
