| Since the first United Nations Climate Change Conference(COP1)in 1995,climate change and human carbon emissions have become important issues,and the recent twenty-sixth United Nations Climate Change Conference(COP26)has directly emphasized climate warming It is directly related to human carbon emissions,so urban carbon emissions management is particularly important.During the National Two Sessions in 2021,the Chinese government emphasized that it will strive to achieve carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.At the same time,the meeting hopes that heavy industry cities will set an example.As an important industrial center in northern my country,Tianjin has a strong industrial base and complete facilities,so it plays an important leading role in this city’s carbon reduction and emission reduction.The study conducts evaluation research on the development of low-carbon eco-city in Tianjin from two aspects.On the one hand,on the basis of constructing an index system,it evaluates from the perspective of theoretical model through principal component analysis method and entropy weight method.On the other hand,it is evaluated from the perspective of social public opinion through sentiment analysis,co-occurrence network graph,word cloud graph,etc.The purpose is to put forward countermeasures and suggestions that are conducive to the development of low-carbon ecological cities in combination with Tianjin’s own reality.The purpose is to put forward countermeasures and suggestions that are conducive to the development of low-carbon eco-city based on Tianjin’s own reality.In terms of research content,first of all,on the basis of in-depth understanding of the development of low-carbon eco-city in Tianjin,the study constructs a co-occurrence network graph for relevant policy literature through text mining technology,and performs spectral clustering on the obtained co-occurrence network graph to obtain The research hotspots in the field of low-carbon eco-city after community division;Secondly,the obtained research hotspots are integrated with the national authoritative carbon emission policy and the indicator system proposed by well-known scholars,respectively from the four aspects of economic development,living environment,energy saving and emission reduction,and ecological sustainability Build an evaluation index system for the development level of low-carbon eco-city;Thirdly,principal component analysis method and entropy weight method were used to evaluate from the perspective of theoretical model.According to the comprehensive evaluation score of Tianjin,a more specific evaluation of the development level was obtained by comparing the first-tier cities as the reference target,and then the factors related to tianjin’s low-carbon ecological development were explored through the spatial econometric model;Fourthly,through Baidu AI semantic classifier to conduct sentiment analysis,the jieba database post-word segmentation comment data to construct a cooccurrence network graph and word cloud graph from the social The evaluation is carried out from the perspective of public opinion;Finally,the above evaluation results are summarized to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The study found that,firstly,the comprehensive development level of Tianjin’s low-carbon eco-city was in a state of continuous improvement before 2019.By 2019,the comprehensive development level began to decline.At the same time,the growth rate of the comprehensive development level has declined significantly in recent years;Secondly,the ecological The evaluation score of sustainable development has started to decline since 2018,and the upward trend of the evaluation score of economic development and living environment has slowed down in the past ten years;Thirdly,due to the late start and the government’s policy attention,Tianjin is in a period of rapid growth in the development of low-carbon ecological cities,but there is still a big gap between the same tier cities in terms of development stability;Fourthly,most people are optimistic about the development of low-carbon eco-city in Tianjin,but through text analysis,it is found that Tianjin still has deficiencies in the development of low-carbon eco-city,for example,the factory sewage treatment is not good enough.In view of the above research conclusions,the study finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of vigorously developing the tertiary industry,unifying factory wastewater treatment standards,refining air quality indicator monitoring and cultivating low-carbon ecological concepts. |
