| After the implementation of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,China’s iron and steel industry has developed rapidly,the innovation ability of manufacturing industry has been greatly improved,and green environmental protection has become a new trend of industrial development.As a kind of high quality material,magnesium alloy sheet is more and more widely used in all walks of life.In the process of production and transportation of magnesium alloy sheet,due to various factors,the magnesium alloy sheet appears complex plate shape defects.In order to ensure the use quality of magnesium alloy sheet,it must be straightened.According to the material characteristics of magnesium alloy,an intelligent optimization scheme of the straightening process parameters is proposed.Specific work and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the elastic-plastic bending theory mechanics,the amount of pressure corresponding to the straightening of AZ31 B was calculated,and the genetic algorithm optimization model of straightening process was established.Using MATLAB software to create a genetic algorithm based straightening process parameters program code;Based on the prepared genetic algorithm and the trained BP neural network,the intelligent optimization algorithm of magnesium alloy straightening process parameters was established.(2)The roll straightening model was established in Abaqus software by using the straightening process parameters optimized by genetic algorithm.The straightening simulation was carried out using the theoretical calculation and the optimized reduction respectively,and the simulation data were analyzed and compared.The flatness of magnesium alloy sheet decreased from 3.7% to0.23%.(3)The 11-roll full hydraulic straightener in the laboratory was used for straightening experiment,and the experimental data were compared and analyzed to summarize the influence on the straightening effect before and after optimization,and determine the optimal straightening process parameters. |
