With the combination of big data and industry,the coal industry has gradually upgraded,productivity has gradually improved,and the shortage of coal transportation has promoted the development of belt conveyors towards large-scale,efficient and automated trends,which has led to the increasing operating pressure of belt conveyor unloading equipment and the risk of accidents is getting higher and higher.Once the discharge device fails,it will cause immeasurable losses.In order to improve the reliability and safety of the discharge device,this paper is specifically studied from three aspects.⑴ Four arc-shaped baffles with different curvature radii are used and imported into EDEM software for simulation analysis.From the analysis of the material flow velocity and the normal and tangential cumulative contact energy of the baffle,the influence of the curved baffle with different curvature radii on the material velocity and the wear amount of the baffle were obtained,which provided a basis for the design of the arc baffle.⑵ ANSYS software was used to establish the base frame model of the plough discharge trolley,and the static analysis and modal analysis of the base frame structure were carried out.By comparing the stress and deformation clouds,the weak part of the base frame is found and the structure of the frame base frame is improved,and the finite element analysis is carried out on the improved frame base frame to avoid the resonance between the pushrod bracket on the frame and the excitation frequency of the motor Y80M2-4 during normal operation.⑶ The SQL Server database of the relevant parts of the belt conveyor plow discharger was established,and the secondary development of Solid Works was carried out by using Visual Basic 6.0 programming software,and the parametric drawing of the belt conveyor plow discharger was realized.
