Over the past thirty years, the social economy has been a leap forward development.Mineral resources as a very important material base has a very important job in the economic construction.At the same time, mineral resources is a kind of non renewable resources, with the continuous exploitation of these years, its reserves are less and less, and the economic development of its demand is constantly improving,the difficulty of reaching the balance of supply and demand is increasing.This of mining and excavation method and equipment proposed higher requirements, charging trolley as a mechanization and a higher degree of automation of the blasting of machinery and equipment, to improve the exploitation efficiency of mining enterprises, reduce business costs, protection of drug workers safety, has some important market application prospect and value.This subject to the new charging trolley as a platform, to the device as the research object, on the basis for the establishment of a 3D entity model, combined with computer simulation software, computer simulation technology of a novel charging trolley device research and exploration.It has important practical significance for the design and development of the charging trolley, increasing the amount of mineral resources, and promoting the development of the social economy.On the basis of referring to the relevant literature, this paper discusses the theoretical basis of multi-body dynamics and finite element method. Then use the three-dimensional modeling software UG to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the working device of the loading trolley, and combined with the use of finite element simulation software Hy Per Mesh and ANSYS, the new model of the working device of the vehicle is simulated with finite element method,And the output of the corresponding results are analyzed;Finally, using ADAMS powerful multi body simulation analysis, combined with Hy Per Mesh and ANSYS, the realization of working device of rigid flexible coupling simulation analysis, mainly including kinematics and dynamics simulation, in order to better explore a similar to the advanced finite element simulation approach to new charge car engineering machinery, designed to meet the economic, security and practicability of the machinery and equipment to provide strong scientific data and the theoretical basis.
