The report of the Party’s 20 th National Congress pointed out that we should actively yet prudently promote "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" and speed up the construction of a new energy system.As an important means to achieve the goal of "double carbon",it is of great significance for automobile enterprises to carry out green innovation and continue to promote the research and development and production of new energy vehicles.As of December 2022,the market share of new energy vehicles is 25.6% and showing a rapid growth trend.The green transformation of products,organizations and technologies by traditional automobile enterprises is an important and urgent measure to adapt to the policy and market demand.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence path of green innovation development of automobile enterprises under the background of "dual carbon" on enterprise value creation,which is helpful for automobile enterprises to timely adjust their development strategies and realize the continuous improvement of enterprise value creation ability through green innovation.This paper takes Great Wall Motor as a case study.Based on sustainable development theory,dynamic competition theory,resource arrangement theory and value creation theory,three main research methods including literature research method,case study method and grounded theory are adopted to deeply analyze the green development process of Great Wall Motor under the background of "dual carbon".Based on the research method of grounded theory,the realization path of the green innovation value creation of Great Wall Motor is studied.The collected text data are successively coded by open coding,spindle coding and selective coding.A three-stage model of green innovation value creation path is constructed,which includes seven dimensions of green innovation input,green organization innovation,green production innovation,green product innovation,economic value,social value and environmental value.Based on the model,the theoretical framework of green innovation value creation is sorted out.The value creation effect of green innovation is evaluated from three aspects: economy,society and environment.It is found that Great Wall Motor’s green innovation in three dimensions of green organization innovation,green technology innovation and green product innovation can promote the improvement of enterprise value and realize value creation.The concrete manifestation is that Great Wall Motor first increases the investment in green innovation through the acquisition of external government special subsidies and the improvement of internal research and development ability.Secondly,green innovation in organizational management structure,production process and product greening can be realized by using green innovation input.Finally,Great Wall Motor realizes the value creation of enterprise economic value,social value and environmental value through green innovation.Through the construction of the above model,this paper draws the conclusion that the green innovation of Great Wall Motor can realize the enterprise value creation,and proposes that Great Wall Motor should actively respond to the national policy and timely adjust the development strategy.There are three suggestions to improve the organization management system,optimize the industrial layout,adhere to green innovation,and increase R&D investment to improve innovation performance,which can provide reference for other enterprises in the automobile industry to achieve sustainable development. |
