Children’s Room Furniture Design Practice For Children Aged 6-12

For the current school-age children’s room furniture,spatial layout,user analysis,to determine the fresh and simple furniture style.In the design of the use of user research method,emotional design method,the physiological and psychological characteristics of children are analyzed,in addition from the instinct level,behavior level,reflection level of three levels to design,in order to meet the school-age children’s sleep,learning and entertainment needs.The design practice is based on Jiangxi Ganzhou Blue Sky Wood Industry Co.,LTD.,the topic is commissioned by the enterprise,the design content and practice are as follows:(1)Design topic analysis: Relevant data platform is used to meet the needs of school-age children.Furniture design for school-age children is carried out as the research object.The domestic market demand of children’s furniture is analyzed,and through the domestic literature review analysis,grasp the current overall situation of children’s room furniture design,so as to make the design more basis,to lay a theoretical foundation for the following design.(2)Furniture design methods for school-age children’s rooms: Firstly,questionnaire method and questionnaire data analysis are used to determine the content and style of design practice.Finally,according to the data results and the current situation of children’s furniture market,the actual purchase needs of users are positioned to provide practical basis for design practice.Secondly,the systematic design method is used to serialize the design of school-age children’s furniture and unify the style of the children’s room,unify the design language on the whole,and improve the appearance of the product.Finally,the emotional design method is used to carry out the emotional design of room furniture for school-age children.Based on the physiological and psychological basis,the analysis and design of instinct level,behavior level and reflection level are carried out,so as to meet the functional and emotional needs of users.(3)Practical results of furniture design for school-age children’s rooms: two complete sets of furniture design schemes for children’s rooms are provided for users.The four-piece series of children’s furniture design are: children’s bed,children’s learning table and chair,locker.Provide complete CAD production design drawings as well as 3D models and scene renderings.Provide exclusive furniture for school-age children to meet consumer needs accurately.
