| The global energy shortage and excessive carbon emissions have become the main factors that plague economic development.All countries are committed to realizing energy transformation.In view of the high-quality characteristics of photovoltaic power generation such as renewable and clean,it has been listed as a strategy by many countries,including my country.In order to achieve carbon neutrality,photovoltaic development has ushered in an opportunity of the times.In the context of economic integration,enterprise competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and scientific and efficient supply chain management can help enterprises occupy a place in business competition and drive the entire industry to improve economic efficiency and green development.my country is a big country in the manufacture of photovoltaic modules,with a large capital investment,and a large amount of carbon emissions are generated in the process of manufacturing and transportation.Therefore,this paper based on the LCA theory and carbon emission reduction research on the optimization of the supply chain of photovoltaic modules,aiming to realize the realization of photovoltaic modules.A win-win for supply chain economics and ecological benefits.Firstly,the development status and prospects of the photovoltaic industry are analyzed,and a simplified structure of the photovoltaic module supply chain is constructed.Advantages and Necessities.Secondly,it clarifies several links of photovoltaic module supply chain optimization,namely supplier selection,procurement and production,logistics and distribution and module recycling.Carry out LCA evaluation on component procurement and manufacturing in the upstream of the supply chain,and take the minimum manufacturing cost and minimum carbon emissions as the target constraints,and solve the supply under the two scenarios by setting a reasonable carbon tax and counting costs and carbon emissions.business selection,optimal production processes and transportation methods,and found that the economic cost of targeting minimum carbon emissions is slightly higher,but it can effectively reduce carbon emissions.In the integrated distribution link in the downstream of the supply chain,aiming at the minimum cost,taking the distribution volume,total mileage and fuel selection as the main inspection items,and the demand volume and production capacity as the constraints,the chaotic particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the logistics distribution network and reorganize it.The latter logistics network follows the principle of lean logistics,meets the requirements of synergy between production capacity and demand,and finds the optimal distribution route under the condition of synergy between production and demand.The optimal fuel type is LNG,thereby reducing transportation costs and CO2 emissions.Finally,the current situation of module recycling is analyzed.The module recycling policies and regulations may refer to electronic and power battery recycling standards.By setting up recycling and dismantling centers,building a recycling supply chain,forming strategic cooperation and a closed loop of photovoltaic supply chain,the module recycling process is simply optimized.And putting forward relevant suggestions:issuing policies and standards,strengthening technological transformation,realizing large-scale recycling,exploring innovative recycling models and building a green closed-loop recycling supply chain are the trends.Carrying out the optimization of the PV module supply chain under the low-carbon scenario and the overall perspective is the best way for enterprises to improve their competitiveness,economic benefits,and social well-being. |
