With the development of The Times and the progress of the society,the phenomenon of industrial cross-border integration has begun to emerge in China.At the same time,many enterprises have begun to implement the cross-border integration strategy to increase product innovation,attract more consumers,and improve their core competitiveness.Industrial cross-border integration has become a trend of future development,which is of great significance to the development of Chinese enterprises and even the promotion of comprehensive national strength.Due to the complex industrial cross-over network of cross-border integration,In view of the importance and inclination of the national sports industry in recent years,now,The development of the sports industry has also become the top priority in China’s development,therefore,This paper selects the sports industry as the research body,To analyze the phenomenon of cross-border integration of the sports industry,Based on the above theoretical basis,This paper selects Pathfinder as a case study object,SWOT-PEST analysis was adopted to analyze the cross-boundary integration strategy,According to the theory of industrial integration,Technology integration,business integration and market integration three parts of the implementation of cross-border integration path,Through the relevant literature review,Relevant indicator data from 2019-2021 were selected,Adopt the coupling analysis model to analyze the sports industry with tourism industry,communication industry and technology industry,The results show that the sports industry and tourism industry are in good coordination,the sports industry and communication industry are in high quality coordination,and the sports industry and science and technology industry are in high quality coordination.Subsequently,the hierarchical analysis method was adopted to evaluate the performance of Pathfinder based on the performance prism model.The results show that the company performance is a good level,and that the implementation of this strategy plays a good role in the development of the company.Finally,the three problems existing in enterprises are as follows: single cross-border integration object,lack of cross-border integration innovation,and shortage of cross-border integration talents,and put forward corresponding suggestions: enrich the scope of industrial integration of enterprises,improve the integration of other related industries to realize innovation,and cultivate and introduce talents from related industries.
