| Coal mine safety accidents caused by pipeline leakage occur frequently,which seriously threaten the life safety of coal mine industry personnel,damage the coal mine production line and cause huge property losses.Therefore,pipeline inspection has become one of the primary guarantees for coal mine safety production.However,due to the depth of the underground pipeline,it faces problems such as low detection accuracy,high cost,and high difficulty.Therefore,this paper proposes to design a robot that can enter the interior of the pipeline to complete inspection tasks.Robots can quickly and efficiently inspect pipelines,discover safety issues in the use of coal mine pipelines,and reduce manual operation risks and workload.The construction environment of coal mine inspection is special,and the flammable and explosive harmful gases cause different degrees of psychological pressure on the construction workers.Coal mine pipeline inspection robot work interaction system.Starting from user needs,excavate the innovative design points and optimized nodes of inspection robots,always pay attention to the harmonious relationship between man,machine and environment,and aim to ease the workload of construction personnel and improve coal mine safety production as the design goal.First of all,it sorts out the process,principles,methods and tools of key point design in the theory of interactive design technology,laying the theoretical foundation for the research of the subject;secondly,analyzes the key elements in the workflow of the coal mine pipeline inspection robot,which is beneficial to users and work Conduct investigation and research on the environment,collect user needs through quantitative and qualitative research methods,and build user psychological models and role models.Third,formulate a design strategy based on the previous research results,and complete the inspection robot stakeholder analysis,user experience map drawing and inspection robot workflow planning.Finally,based on the above design strategy,the design practice of the hardware and software of the coal mine pipeline inspection robot is completed.The research results of the project can meet the psychological needs and functional requirements of coal mine equipment key personnel,meet the needs of coal mine safety production,expand the design direction of coal mine robots,and provide reference for the design of smart mines and related equipment in the field of safety production. |
