Research On The Coordination Strategy Of Cold Chain Supply Chain Under Carbon Trading Mechanism

Under the influence of the new crown epidemic,fresh food e-commerce and cold chain supply chain services have ushered in explosive development.At present,although the cold chain supply chain has become an important foundation for ensuring people’s livelihood,it will produce a large amount of carbon emissions in transportation,storage and other links,causing a certain degree of harm to the environment,which is contrary to the green and low-carbon development concept advocated by the state.In order to cope with the ecological damage caused by carbon emissions,the state has vigorously promoted the carbon trading mechanism,and the construction of the carbon trading market has also entered a new stage of development.Therefore,under the background of carbon trading mechanism,this paper first constructs a three-level cold chain supply chain decision-making model with third-party logistics service providers as the leaders and suppliers and retailers as the followers.Then,the reverse solution method is used to analyze the optimal pricing and revenue of the supply chain system under the two modes of decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making.Finally,taking the benefits of the supply chain system under the centralized decision-making mode as a reference,a combined contract based on "wholesale price + revenue sharing" is designed,so that the benefits of the supply chain system at the time of decentralized decision-making reach the level of centralized decision-making.This paper discusses the coordination strategy of cold chain supply chain under carbon trading mechanism,and finds that:(1)Under certain conditions,the preservation effort,carbon emission reduction level and order volume of third-party logistics service providers under the centralized decision-making mode are higher than those in the decentralized decision-making mode,and the total profit of the supply chain system under the centralized decision-making mode is higher.Whether it is decentralized decision-making or centralized decision-making,the demand is positively correlated with the level of freshness preservation efforts and carbon emission reduction.(2)A single wholesale price contract cannot achieve the coordination of the three-level cold chain supply chain,which will seriously damage the interests of third-party logistics service providers.When the sharing ratio parameter is within a reasonable range,the combined contract of wholesale price-revenue sharing can make the supply chain system under decentralized decision-making achieve Pareto improvement and realize the coordination of cold chain supply chain.(3)While higher carbon trading prices help to increase the environmental friendliness of cold chain products,they also reduce product sales,which in turn hurts the profits of suppliers and retailers.At the same time,the increase in consumer freshness preference and low-carbon preference will help improve the profits of supply chain members and supply chain systems.
