| As a special species resource of our country,Eucommia Ulmodies gum has excellent insulation,acid and alkaline resistance and hydrophobicity,but because of its crystalline properties,it is mostly used as a substitute for plastics,limiting its application in other fields.In this paper,Eucommia Ulmodies gum was modified by epoxide hydrogenation and degradation hydrogenation using Eucommia Ulmodies gum as raw material.The main research work is as follows:1.The epoxidation modification of synthetic Eucommia Ulmodies gum was studied by the interaction of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide.The remaining double bonds of synthetic Eucommia Ulmodies gum were hydrogenated to study the hydrogenation reaction and prepare epoxy-hydrogenated elastomer materials of synthesized Eucommia Ulmodies gum.By controlling the reaction conditions,a series of epoxy-hydrogenated synthesized Eucommia Ulmodies gum with different degrees of epoxy and hydrogenation were prepared.FT-IR,~1H-NMR,DSC,TGA,tensile machine,aging resistance,oil resistance and damping properties were used to characterize the structure and properties of epoxy-hydrogenated synthesized Eucommia Ulmodies gum.The results show that the euperia vulcanized rubber synthesized by epoxide has good aging resistance and oil resistance.The damping material with a wide temperature range can be prepared by adjusting the epoxide degree.The highest loss factor is up to 1.10,and the effective damping temperature range is-38.7~-0.3℃.37.2~60.5℃.2.Study the oxidation degradation of Eucommia Ulmodies gum to prepare liquid Eucommia Ulmodies gum,and further study the double bond hydrogenation of liquid Eucommia Ulmodies gum to prepare liquid hydrogenated Eucommia Ulmodies gum materials.By controlling the reaction conditions,the molecular weight of Eucommia Ulmodies gum could be effectively regulated.The structure of liquid hydrogenated Eucommia Ulmodies gum was characterized by FT-IR,~1H-NMR,GPC and DSC.The results showed that the processing and mechanical properties of EPDM could be improved effectively.The tensile strength of EPDM was increased from21.3 MPa to 24.4 MPa with the addition of 10 phr liquid hydrogenated Eucommia Ulmodies gum.Compared with traditional plasticizers,liquid hydrogenated Eucommia Ulmodies gum has higher vulcanization rate and lower extractability. |
