| As a relatively new reaction method in the field of rubber hydrogenation,degradation and terminal functionalization,olefin metathesis has attracted extensive attention from many scholars.In this paper,starting from the olefin metathesis reaction,taking isoprene rubber as the research object,the reaction process and product properties of hydrogenation and olefin metathesis reactions were studied in detail.The research contents are as follows:1.The metathesis hydrogenation reaction of isoprene rubber was studied,and the regulation of process conditions such as the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time was studied.The results showed that the hydrogenation degree could reach 100%under appropriate conditions.The hydrogenated isoprene rubber(HIR)has the structure of alternating ethylene and propylene.Compared with the industrial product such as EPDM4045,EPDM3666 and EPDM4703,HIR has better mechanical properties and low temperature resistance.2.Studied the complex decomposition degradation and hydrogenation reaction of isoprene rubber,studied the regulation of process conditions on the hydrogenation degree and molecular weight of liquid rubber,studied the effects of its addition on the LHIR/SSBR composites when reactive liquid rubber(LHIR)as a plasticizer.The results showed that the hydrogenation degree of hydrogenation products can reach90%-100%,the molecular weight could be controlled within 0.8-3.0×10~4.When HLIR was added at 20 parts,the tensile strength of the composites increased by 18.9%and elongation at break increased by 41.8%,the migration rate decreased to its about 50%compared with similar hydrogenated soybean oil plasticizer(HSO).The results showed that the processing properties,mechanical properties,filler distribution and migration resistance could be improved.3.The terminal functionalization and hydrogenation modification of isoprene rubber were studied,and a remote claw-shaped liquid rubber with acetoxy end were prepared.As a viscosity index improver of ethylene propylene copolymer class,the improvement of the viscosity of liquid rubber on base oil was studied.The results showed that kinetic viscosity of the product is 10.63 mm~2/s,which performance was comparable to products of J-0010 grade of Jilin petrochemical industrial corporation. |
