| With the development of a new generation of information technology,traditional industries are developing towards intelligent manufacturing.In the regulation of polymer processing and molding,the traditional experimental method needs high time cost and process debugging cost to improve the process,which increases the burden on producers and restricts their enthusiasm for improving the production process.Digital twin technology is an emerging technology in the field of intelligent manufacturing.It is of great significance to apply digital twin technology to regulate the material forming process for industrial upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry and promoting China’s intelligent manufacturing.Based on the idea of digital twinning,this paper studies the control technology of material forming process for a kind of injection molding process.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By studying the physical characteristics of high-solid and high-viscosity materials,a kind of injection process is designed to shape them.The overall injection process is divided into three processes: horizontal conveying process,vertical extrusion process and casting process.According to the requirements of digital twin virtual model,the virtual model of cementing device is established by using the knowledge of computer graphics,and the grid division of the virtual model is completed by using the topological structure inside the model,which lays the foundation for the application of subsequent simulation algorithms.(2)By studying the discrete element method,the horizontal conveying process is simulated;By studying the extrusion theory,the vertical extrusion process is simulated.Through the study of heat transfer theory,the simulation of melting and casting process is realized;Through the research on the defect theory of molded products,the simulation of defects in molded products is realized.The above simulation results are stored in the computer,and the post-processing operation of the simulation results is carried out through Open GL,and the simulation results are displayed visually.(3)Construct the framework of the digital twin system for material forming control,and put forward the collection,transmission and preprocessing methods of the sensing data of the digital twin system.Based on the digital twin system,the comprehensive application of grouting technology is realized,and the whole processing process of materials is simulated.Using digital twinning technology,the temperature value collected by the sensor is given to the boundary of the casting mold,and the defects of the final product are predicted,so as to control the molding quality in real time. |
