| At present,the automation and intelligence level of China’s cotton processing industry is low,and there is still a big gap compared with foreign countries.Most of the existing cotton processing equipment process parameters basically need operators according to experience in the process of cotton processing through artificial real-time observation of the change of cotton state for timely adjustment.During cotton processing,operators often cannot receive the change information of cotton and equipment status in time,cannot adjust equipment parameters in time,and cannot discover mechanical failure in time.As a result,processing energy consumption,poor production quality,low efficiency,equipment failure rate is high.In view of the above problems,this paper introduces the digital twinning technology into cotton processing workshop to build a cotton processing digital twinning system.Through the control algorithm of the physical layer of the system and the overall intelligent scheme design of the system control,the digital twin virtual entity is further constructed,and then the data acquisition and transmission of the whole system is designed,and finally the system service interaction interface is built.In order to improve the production quality and efficiency of cotton processing,reduce the production cost and promote the intelligent development of China’s cotton processing industry,the functions of monitoring cotton processing process and processing parameters,remote control of processing equipment parameters,routine management of processing equipment and system algorithm setting are realized.In this paper,the technical basis of constructing cotton processing digital twinning system was studied,including data architecture,characteristics,security model architecture,server building software and system data retrieval and analysis architecture of digital twinning technology and OPC UA.Secondly,the physical layer of cotton processing digital twin system is designed,and the frame of the whole intelligent production line is built.With wet cotton in cotton processing production line and investigate two process intelligent design as an example,including the design of control algorithm design,decision-making method,the basic structure of control system and hardware selection,main is to use the master PLC to realize control of the equipment layer,on the basis of cotton processing technological process and equipment operation parameters,Select the corresponding sensor to construct the production process control data real-time acquisition system.Then,the overall design of cotton processing digital twinning system,through the analysis of the current system construction problems,determine the system design objectives,development tools and construction environment,the overall framework design and system feasibility analysis.Finally,according to the size,shape,position and other geometric parameters of the physical entity and the assembly relationship between the parts of the physical entity,the virtual geometry model is constructed,and the C#script is used to drive the virtual geometry model to realize the simulation of the machining of the mechanical equipment.OPC UA protocol is used to realize the real-time transmission of processing data,and then the database of the system is designed to realize the storage of twin data.The interactive interface of the system service layer is designed to meet the control requirements of operators. |
