The development of emerging technologies such as big data,industrial Internet,artificial intelligence,digital twinning and cloud computing has promoted the transformation of the manufacturing industry towards the direction of digitalization,intelligence and virtualization.Among them,digital twin technology,as the main means to realize the integration and interaction of physical and virtual reality,plays an important role in the realization of intelligent manufacturing.As an important pillar of the national economy,the tobacco industry also attaches great importance to intelligent manufacturing.The digitalization and intellectualization of the tobacco curing and grading process in the raw material processing stage are being accelerated and have entered the practical stage.However,the existing intelligent tobacco curing and grading process still has some problems,such as backward monitoring method,lack of model,low efficiency of process,lack of real-time performance and display of monitoring data is not intuitive and insufficient.The purpose of this paper is to design and develop a set of monitoring system based on digital twinning,improve the monitoring level of intelligent tobacco tobacco roasting process,so as to ensure its smooth operation.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Research on digital twin modeling of intelligent tobacco leaf roasting equipment and scene.Firstly,the geometric form and operation characteristics of the current intelligent tobacco curing process and equipment were analyzed in detail.Then,the method of accurate geometric modeling of roasting equipment and scene in the information space is studied,as well as the lightweight and post-processing method of the model.On this basis,the digital twin model of tobacco tobacco roasting equipment and scene was built,including the construction of workshop virtual scene and workshop environment elements,the definition of motional element and motion interference detection of the model,and the dynamic and human-computer interaction was realized by using C# script,which laid the foundation for the realization of tobacco tobacco roasting process monitoring system.(2)Research on Virtual-real mapping technology based on real-time data interaction.Firstly,the data sources involved in tobacco curing process were analyzed and divided according to types.Secondly,the device operation data acquisition method based on OPC UA protocol is studied,and the data mapping and storage mechanism are designed to realize the efficient and reliable transmission and storage of data information.Thirdly,the interaction technology between model and data based on Unity3 D engine was studied to realize that the data of actual physical system could drive the simulation operation of virtual 3D model,and the twin data of model operation could be fed back to the physical system.Finally,UI is designed using GUI components to realize friendly and efficient interaction between the twin model and users.The virtual-real mapping technology based on real-time data interaction provides the key technical support for the monitoring system of tobacco curing process.(3)Design and development of monitoring prototype system for intelligent tobacco curing process.According to the software engineering process,firstly,the existing problems in the classification plan and state monitoring of tobacco curing and parting workshop were analyzed,and the system requirements and design principles were put forward.Then,based on the aforementioned digital twin model of tobacco tobacco curing,detailed design of intelligent tobacco tobacco curing monitoring system was carried out.The system structure,functional structure,interface and operation flow of the monitoring system were designed respectively,and the prototype system was developed.The test run of the system was carried out in the scenario of intelligent tobacco-separating production of tobacco leaves.The system can carry out real-time monitoring of the tobacco-separating process,and the monitoring data is smooth and the display is intuitive.The effectiveness and practicability of the system are significantly proved.
