Gear is a typical standardized transmission part.Gear measurement and its quality evaluation are not only the guarantee of efficient and high-precision production and reliable operation of gear,but also the basis of gear process error analysis and traceability.The traditional gear accuracy theory is based on the geometric error of local points of gear,which is not accurate to evaluate the quality of gear and analyze the source of error.With the progress of digital and network technology of gear measurement,the key to the rapid development of gear measurement field is to carry out full information measurement and accuracy evaluation of gear tooth surface through network technology,and the collaborative formulation and optimization of measurement resource sharing and measurement strategy.This paper studies the three-dimensional measurement and evaluation method of gear surface in gear measurement,and constructs the cloud service platform for gear three-dimensional full tooth surface deviation evaluation,so as to provide technical support for the error tracing of gear intelligent manufacturing and the improvement of gear manufacturing process.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The three-dimensional model of gear measurement is constructed and the establishment method of gear measurement coordinate system is described.According to the established gear measurement coordinate system,the data acquisition scheme of gear tooth surface measurement points is designed,which provides raw data support for subsequent fitting and analysis.(2)According to the data acquisition scheme,the corresponding deviation of the tooth surface measurement point set is calculated based on the collected coordinate data of the tooth surface measurement point.Then,the tooth surface deviation data is fitted and combined based on the polynomial fitting method,and the corresponding deviation surface fitting mathematical model is established.At the same time,the fitting effects of deviation surface based on different fitting methods are studied and compared.Finally,based on the established three-dimensional tooth surface deviation function model,the whole tooth surface deviation of the gear is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated in the direction of tooth width and tooth profile.(3)Aiming at the problem of error tracing in gear machining,based on the established three-dimensional tooth surface deviation function model,the tooth surface deviation is separated according to the order,and the error source of gear and its relationship with various machining steps in gear machining are analyzed and discussed.The error traceability of gear machining is realized by the reverse of the deviation separation results,and the error traceability results are applied to the reverse adjustment of gear machining machine tools.(4)Build the gear 3D measurement cloud service platform,develop the gear cloud measurement system and deploy the system to the cloud server to access the gear cloud measurement system from the public domain name.Based on the established threedimensional tooth surface deviation function model,the system visually represents the three-dimensional tooth surface deviation morphology of the gear,and comprehensively analyzes the whole tooth surface deviation of the gear by the tooth surface deviation analysis module of the system..In this paper,through the research on the three-dimensional measurement method of gear tooth surface,the analysis and expression of gear full tooth surface deviation are realized;Then,through the research on the three-dimensional tooth surface deviation function model and the tooth surface deviation error separation method,the tooth surface error traceability and the reverse adjustment of gear processing machine tool are realized;Finally,by the construction of gear cloud measurement system,the cloud based 3D measurement service of gear tooth surface is realized.There are 45 figures,9 tables and75 references.
