Cycloidal gear is one of the key basic parts of the country’s major equipment needs,which determines the performance of the equipment to a large extent.The precise measurement of cycloidal gear is an important factor affecting the cycloidal gear reducer.Based on the project of the gear measuring center of the internship enterprise,this paper develops cycloid gear measurement software to solve the problem of measuring cycloid gear in the gear measuring center,studies the digital measurement and data processing method based on the gear measuring center,which can quickly and accurately measure and evaluate the tooth profile deviation of cycloid gear,and improve the tooth profile measurement accuracy of cycloid gear.Expand the application of gear measuring center.Finally,the measurement experiment of cycloidal gear tooth profile was carried out respectively on the gear measuring center.The uncertainty of two measuring methods of polar coordinate and normal polar coordinate is studied.The main research contents are as follows:1.According to the theoretical formula of cycloidal gear polar coordinate measurement method and normal polar coordinate measurement method.The measuring principles of the two measuring methods are studied and the influencing factors of the two measuring principles are analyzed theoretically.The measurement strategy of cycloidal profile was developed,and the theoretical contour model of cycloidal gear polar coordinates and normal polar coordinates and the error measurement model were established.The theoretical trajectory of the tooth surface and the normal vector of measured points were calculated,and the equidistant spherical locus curve of the tooth surface curve was established.The spherical locus was used to control the measurement motion,which provided the necessary theoretical basis for the precise measurement of cycloidal wheel.2.Design man-machine interaction interface,and determine the input interface of workpiece parameters and measurement control parameters according to the actual needs of the project.Planned the overall software evaluation scheme,designed the overall architecture and software measurement process of the measurement software,and planned different measurement paths and data acquisition actions according to different measurement principles.The software of cycloidal gear measurement based on gear measuring center is developed,which provides software support for cycloidal gear precision measurement.Through a large number of experiments,comparing the repeatability of polar coordinates and normal polar coordinates,the stability of secondary clamping and the change curve measured by Klingberg,the experimental data of polar coordinates and normal polar coordinates under different conditions were obtained.Based on the detailed analysis of the experimental data obtained,the uncertainty of the two measurement methods is analyzed.The experiment shows that the normal polar coordinates are more accurate than the polar coordinates when the gear measuring center is measuring cycloidal gear.The error calculation method can accurately evaluate the machining errors of tooth profile.The software improves the application range of the gear measuring center to a certain extent. |
