As a pillar industry with high energy consumption and pollution,construction industry in our country has brought economic growth but also put a certain pressure on ecological environmental protection.Therefore,the production mode of Chinese construction industry needs to change from factor driven to efficiency driven.Passive building as a breakthrough to promote green transformation of Chinese construction industry has become a hot point of attention and discussion in construction industry.Green Total factor productivity(GTFP)can judge the degree of green development in industry or region under environmental constraints.Therefore,promoting GTFP in construction industry is the key to realize the green transformation in Chinese construction industry.Under the above research background,this thesis takes Chinese construction industry as the research object,studies the mechanism of the influence of passive building development on the GTFP growth of Chinese construction industry,in order to provide reference for the government to formulate policies to promote the development of passive building and green development of construction industry,and provide theoretical basis for enterprises to develop passive building and green transformation.The research content of this thesis is mainly divided into the following aspects:First,in order to measure the GTFP of the construction industry from 2010 to 2020,panel data of 30 provinces in China except Xizang(data missing)are collected,EBM-GML model is established to measure the GTFP of the construction industry,and its evolution trend is analyzed.Secondly,combined with the current passive building research background and development status,the influence mechanism of passive building development on GTFP in the construction industry is analyzed,and the research hypothesis is obtained.Then,in order to explore the influence of passive building development on GTFP of the construction industry,with passive building development as the core explanatory variable and environmental regulations,marketization level and other factors as moderating variables,a panel data model is established based on panel data to test the influence mechanism of passive building development on GTFP of the construction industry.Finally,through the analysis of the research results,reasonable suggestions are put forward for the green transformation of the construction industry.The results show that: first,the current technical efficiency level is low,the construction industry technical progress is relatively high,technical progress is the power source of the construction industry GTFP growth,and the construction industry GTFP growth exists regional heterogeneity;Secondly,the direct influence of passive building development on GTFP of the construction industry presents a nonlinear "U" shape,showing negative inhibition in the early stage of passive building development,and positive promotion in the late stage of passive building development.Third,passive building development negatively inhibits the impact of green total factor productivity in the construction industry through technological innovation.According to the above research results,the corresponding suggestions are given from the perspective of Chinese government’s policy making on green development of construction industry and passive building development. |
