Research On Optimization Of Inventory Management Of Equipment Spare Parts Of NX Company

With the adjustment of national energy industrial structure,coal chemical enterprises have become an important support for national economic development.In order to meet the continuity of production and stable operation of equipment in coal chemical enterprises,equipment spare parts inventory management has played an important role in guaranteeing.However,if the inventory management of equipment spare parts is improper,a large number of spare parts will be overstocked or out of stock,which will occupy a large number of inventory costs and capital costs or cause a huge loss of stock shortage affecting the company’s operating profits.This thesis takes the equipment spare parts inventory management of NX Company as an example.Firstly,analyzes the current situation of spare parts demand plan management,spare parts procurement management,spare parts inventory management;Summarize the problems existing in the equipment spare parts inventory management of Ningxia Energy Chemical Company,and analyzes the reasons for the problems;Secondly,formulate the optimization goal of equipment spare parts inventory management,improve the equipment repair and maintenance service strategy,prepare the list of materials(BOM);The ABC classification and CVA analysis method are used to classify the equipment spare parts in two-dimensional combination;Equipment spare parts for different weight types,Determine the inventory inspection methods and inventory service levels,Formulate the control strategy of equipment spare parts inventory shortage;Using the simple moving average method,weighted moving average method,exponential smoothing method and Mean Time Between Failure method are applied to forecast the demand of equipment spare parts,compare and analyze the forecast results,calculate the economic order batch and safety stock,determine the reorder point;Finally,the optimization scheme is implemented by optimizing the equipment maintenance plans,procurement management and storage management of equipment spare parts.Through the implementation of the above equipment spare parts inventory optimization scheme,the problem of equipment spare parts redundancy of NX Corporation has been improved,the inventory cost has been reduced,and the loss of out of stock has been effectively controlled.Finally,the optimization goal of equipment spare parts inventory to meet the long-term stable operation of equipment and minimize the inventory assembly cost has been achieved.
