The global warming led by Too much greenhouse gas emission caused by human activity has brought serious challenges to the human development. Reducing carbon emissions is the most direct and effective method to effectively alleviate and curb global warming trend. As a discharge main departments in our country, power system need to bear the important responsibility to reduce emissions. Within the power system, allocating the property of real-time carbon emissions from the production process, according to the result of distribution, each participants who has the property the bear the responsibility, that is advantageous to the system optimal allocation of resources to reduce emissions and eventually smoothly promote national emission reduction targets in the world. Therefore, modeling power system’s carbon emission allocation has obvious practical significance. To this, this topic is based on the power system carbon emission flow theory in, and establish power system real-time carbon allocation model. the main research content is as follows:First of all, introduced the definition of carbon flow theory and its index system in detail. Discussed why power system carbon emission flow theory and its calculation method is applicable to apportion model. Because practical object of the allocation model is actual power grid, against the limitations of the original carbon emission flow calculation method is only applicable to the lossless network, based on analysis of power flow and boundary effect of the distribution of carbon emissions flow, established the carbon emission flow calculation method which applied to lossy network, and introduced the process steps in detail.Secondly, based the carbon emission flow calculation method which applied to the lossy network, against two characteristics of the original analysis model of the carbon emission flow distribution mechanism only applies to nondestructive and focuses on network the flow of carbon transfer path analysis, increasing the correlation analysis of carbon emission flow injection and the carbon emission flow caused by branch active power loss by part, then the model is more focusing on the production-consumption perspective. At the same time, comparing with current trend tracking verification, and calculation results and the analysis are verified the correctness of the model and the superiority. Finally, the paper based on power system load analysis theory, the unit generated CO2 according to the corresponding energy use has become integrated electricity load of carbon emissions, carbon emissions, the loss of power plant emissions of 3 parts. In this way, the power system carbon allocation objectives and principles, and established the detailed carbon allocation model, including the calculation of tool clear carbon allocation object, the appropriate time scale, scientific and reasonable allocation of quotas and the detailed steps of the model. And through a 96 day period in the calculation of examples, and introduces the matters needing attention allocation model and detail, supplemented by analysis, verify the allocation model has obvious advantages in the practical feasibility, etc. This paper based on the power system carbon emission flow, and discussed and designed the allocation model of power system carbon emission, and through the example analysis to prove the correctness and feasibility of the model and solving algorithm, which has the certain reference value to the power system of carbon emission rights allocation and responsibility sharing research and policy making.
