As an important pillar industry of the national economy,China’s tobacco industry has made great contributions to the country’s economic construction.After China’s accession to the WTO and the World Framework Convention on Tobacco Control,the marketization process of tobacco enterprises has gradually accelerated.In the postepidemic era,the industry is faced with further economic decline and the shift of population flow,which leads to the suppression of the high structural consumption demand for cigarettes.In this situation,how to firmly grasp the National Bureau adhere to the "total control,slightly balanced,reasonable growth,sustainable" control policy,reasonable control structure,tax profit growth expectations,and actively realize the overall coordination of cigarette sales,tax profit,structure and other indicators,It is worth thinking and studying to maintain the good state of sustainable,stable and healthy development of the industry.Sichuan market is an important market for sales outside the province of China Tobacco X.This paper analyzes the cigarette sales status in the Sichuan market of China Tobacco X,and uses PEST,five forces model,SPSS regression analysis and other tools to study the macro and micro factors affecting cigarette sales in the Sichuan market of China Tobacco X.Try to dig out the most important factors affecting the cigarette sales in Sichuan market,so as to match the corresponding marketing strategy.The following conclusions are drawn from the research.First,cigarette sales are positively correlated with regional economic level,but the most important factor affecting cigarette sales is the amount of cigarette plan agreement.Second,although the overall sales volume of X China Tobacco Company has declined somewhat,the increase of highpriced cigarettes is obvious.The product specifications show a echelon growth pattern,and the main specifications of key brands play an obvious supporting role.Therefore,the shift of product structure is the core factor that affects the increase of cigarette sales.Third,the company can adjust relevant marketing strategies according to relevant impact factors,so as to improve sales performance and ensure sales growth.
