In Currently,fossil fuels still make up the vast majority of the energy consumed by humans.However,fossil fuels are a non-renewable resource,and as they are consumed,the environment in which humans live is gradually deteriorating.In the face of the energy crisis and environmental pollution,it is urgent to develop and utilize new energy materials.Among them,sulfur compounds are favored by scientists for their complex and diverse crystal structures and excellent physical and chemical properties.However,the preparation of sulfur compounds is currently complicated,the purity of the products is low,the stability is poor,and large-scale production is difficult.Therefore,this thesis took one of the ternary sulfur systems(Cu-Sb-S system)as an example,and adopted a simple and easy-to-operate synthesis method with high repeatability,focusing on solving the problem of pure phase synthesis of Cu-Sb-S system powder and film,and exploring the law of its pure phase synthesis.A model suitable for the synthesis of most ternary sulfur systems was established.Due to the excellent optical properties of CuSbS2 in the Cu-Sb-S system,an attempt was made to prepare CuSbS2 thin-film solar cells.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This thesis used the liquid-phase chemical method to prepare pure-phase Cu-Sb-S system,mainly using the solvothermal method.The solvothermal method is simple to operate,low in equipment cost,and can easily control the morphology,phase structure,and phase purity of the prepared material.Firstly,the pure phase synthesis of four ternary phases CuSbS2,Cu3SbS4,Cu3SbS3,and Cu12Sb4S13 in the Cu-Sb-S system was achieved by regulating the precursor ratio and type,reaction temperature,and time.At the same time,a simple and fast model for synthesizing ternary sulfides was established based on the summarized synthesis law.Using this model,the pure phase synthesis of some ternary phases in the Cu-Fe-S system was successfully achieved,verifying the universality of the model.To prepare pure-phase CuSbS2 thin films,the conditions for the pure-phase synthesis of CuSbS2 powder were summarized;(2)Using the summarized conditions for the pure phase synthesis of CuSbS2 powder,pure phase CuSbS2 thin films were successfully synthesized by solvothermal method.By adding metal salt powder to the precursor solvent,the integrity of the film was ensured,and by increasing the precursor concentration,the density of the film was improved.The problems of component control,orientation control,and bandgap control faced by CuSbS2 thin films were solved.The prepared CuSbS2 thin film solar cell achieved a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 0.13%.Through repeated experiments and long-term placement of the battery,the high repeatability and good stability of the method were demonstrated.In summary,this thesis used solvothermal method to prepare pure phase Cu-Sb-S system powder,established a simple and fast model for synthesizing ternary sulfides,and verified the universality of the model by pure phase synthesis of some ternary phases in the Cu-Fe-S system.Pure phase,intact,and dense CuSbS2 thin films were prepared.The problems of component control,orientation control,and bandgap control faced by CuSbS2 thin films were solved.The prepared solar cell achieved a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 0.13%.
