Research On Sustainable Knitwear Design And Development Mode And Strategy Based On Digitization And Visualization

With the continuous deterioration of environment,sustainable development has become a global strategic consensus.The Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations provide effective sustainable development guidelines for all industries and enterprises.As the second most polluting industry in the world,the textile and garment industry has caused a series of environmental problems which have triggered more and more exploration of sustainable design and industry reflection.In addition,different roles in the industry have different understandings of sustainability,and their concerns and evaluation methods are diversified.Compared with woven knitting,knitted clothing has a shorter production chain,and the development of computer flat knitting machine and other equipment technology makes its design and development more efficient and convenient.On this basis,it is very advantageous to carry out sustainable design and development of knitted clothing.The development and application of digital visualization technology can further optimize the design and development process of knitted clothing,which is an effective means to facilitate the sustainable design and development of knitted clothing.Based on the theory of sustainable clothing design,combined with the characteristics of knitwear design and production and analysis of the digital visualization of knitwear design and development process,this topic uses literature research,brand case analysis and analytic hierarchy process to establish the sustainable design and development mode and strategy list of the whole life cycle of knitwear,including the target layer,criterion layer and scheme layer.Based on this,a sustainable evaluation model of knitted clothing based on products and processes is constructed.Finally,the usability and effectiveness of the sustainable development model and evaluation model of knitted clothing are verified through investigation and case analysis,in order to provide a preliminary reference for enriching the theory of sustainable design of knitted clothing and promoting sustainable development practice and evaluation of knitted clothing.The specific research content and results mainly include three aspects:(1)By sorting out the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations and the concept development and practice of sustainable fashion design,the analysis and conclusion show that different roles in the industrial chain have different sustainable cognition and concerns.Combined with the case study of sustainable strategy of apparel related enterprises,the paper summarizes five key criteria for sustainable fashion design development.In addition,the basic framework of sustainable fashion design development mode and strategy analysis is set up to provide theoretical support for the construction of sustainable design development mode and strategy model of knitted clothing.(2)Compared with the traditional development mode,the advantages of the digital visualization knitwear design and development mode in promoting the sustainable design and development of knitwear,namely,process optimization,consumption reduction and efficiency improvement,and promotion of efficient industrial collaboration,etc.Combined with the characteristics of the knitwear design and development process,a list of sustainable knitwear design and development modes and strategies covering the whole life cycle was constructed based on the Sustainable development Goals of the United Nations and the guidelines for sustainable design and development of knitwear.On this basis,the evaluation model of sustainable design and development of knitted clothing was established to provide reference for sustainable analysis and optimization of knitted clothing products and its development process.(3)The feasibility of this model in enterprises was verified through field research and sustainable strategy analysis of three different types of enterprises in the industrial chain.Then,based on the constructed sustainable design and development mode and evaluation model,the design and development practice of knitted sweaters and the sustainable evaluation of products and processes were carried out,and the carbon footprint of knitted garments of different weaving processes was calculated.The analysis shows that the carbon footprint of integrated knitted garments is smaller than that of woven garments,and the use of digital visualization technology can greatly improve the efficiency of product design and development and resource waste.The knitted clothing sustainable evaluation model constructed in this paper can be used to evaluate and analyze the sustainability of clothing products and their development process,providing tools and references for exploring more sustainable design development strategies and further promoting the production and consumption of knitted clothing sustainable design.
