Study On The Influence Of Safety Awareness Of Construction Workers From The Perspective Of Theory Of Planned Behavior

China’s construction industry employs more than 50 million people,such a large group of people for China’s economic and social development has made an indelible contribution.However,due to the high risk and danger of the construction industry itself,safety accidents occur frequently,and there are data showing that the construction industry has become the industry with the highest number of fatalities after traffic and coal mines,which seriously affects the improvement of labor productivity and product quality in the construction industry and restricts the harmony of society and the stable development of the construction industry.A large number of accident cases show that the safety awareness problems of construction workers,such as irregular operation and emphasis on profit rather than safety,are one of the main reasons for the occurrence of construction safety accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence mechanism of construction workers’ safety consciousness and find out the key measures to improve construction workers’ safety consciousness.In order to study the above issues: firstly,we collected the relevant theoretical bases through literature reading,and put forward the research hypothesis and model based on the relevant bases;then,we designed the initial scale,and conducted the reliability test on the initial scale through the 115 valid questionnaires recovered to establish the questionnaire to be formally distributed;finally,we collected the 339 valid questionnaires recovered after the formal questionnaire was distributed Finally,we entered them into IBM SPSS25.0 and imported them into IBM AMOS26.0 software respectively,and analyzed the valid data obtained through EFA,CFA,mediating effect analysis and moderating effect analysis,and validated the proposed model.Based on the above ideas,the main research findings were finally obtained in this paper:(1)construction workers’ safety behavioral attitudes can positively influence their safety awareness;(2)construction workers’ safety subjective norms can positively influence their safety awareness;(3)construction workers’ safety subjective norms play a significant mediating effect between safety normative beliefs and safety awareness;(4)labor rights protection can promote safety subjective norms(4)labor rights protection can promote the positive effect of safety subjective norms on safety awareness;(5)medical rights protection can promote the positive effect of safety subjective norms on safety awareness.
