Numerical simulation and test are important research methods in modern rail transit industry.Numerical simulation has low trial-and-error cost and is easy to use.However,due to the difficulty of obtaining complete and real boundary conditions,constraints and model parameters,its credibility and reliability cannot be guaranteed under certain simulation conditions.Although the physical test has high accuracy and reliability,the cost of complex tests such as vehicle derailment is high,and it is difficult to cover all test conditions.On the other hand,the currently established test benches often lack full-process video monitoring and data storage means,which are not conducive to subsequent test reconstruction and test data analysis.As a modern new scientific test method,virtual test technology can integrate various test and test technologies such as simulation technology,virtual reality technology,network technology and database technology to provide a low-cost,safe and controllable test method.According to the structural information and physical test conditions,the "virtual test environment" and excitation conditions of the physical prototype test are simulated,and the data results close to or equivalent to the real test are obtained,which has a broad development prospect in the field of rail transit.Therefore,combined with the virtual test technology,this thesis takes the derailment test bench as the research object,and builds a prototype system of the virtual derailment test bench.The implementation of the system is discussed from the perspectives of software architecture design,technical architecture design,network architecture design,layered architecture design and overall architecture design.The system is divided into "test process monitoring and data storage" and "virtual test reconstruction" functional modules.In order to realize the two core functional modules of the system: "test process monitoring and data storage" and "virtual test reconstruction".Firstly,a hybrid database is designed and constructed to manage the simulation test data.The real-time data of the derailment test is obtained through the UDP protocol.The high-frequency data visualization rendering optimization technology is also designed,and with the help of the WEBSOCKET protocol,this thesis realizes real-time monitoring.Design and develop video surveillance based on flv.js technology.Finally,the 3D model of the required outline is constructed by 3D modeling software,and the virtual environment of the derailment test bench is built and rendered in the simulation engine relying on the rendering technology.Realization of derailment kinematics simulation based on virtual derailment test bench using physics engine;the historical data is used for the virtual test research,and the virtual test reconstruction is carried out;the data is analyzed to realize the virtual test at different speeds.Finally,through three network protocols,the virtual test parameters are transmitted,the data sharing of multi-module and multi-platform is realized,and the system is deployed and launched.At the same time,the performance test of the system is completed by using the JMeter test tool,which verifies the availability of the system.The system can replicate the main functions of the derailment test bench,provide assistance for the derailment test,and has certain engineering application value.
