In this paper,the hydraulic multi-chip dry brakes used in the MG750/1910 chainless traction shearer of Xi'an Coal Plant are researched as the research object.By analyzing the working principle,performance index of brake,the factory qualified test items,the overall design scheme of the test bench is given.The main content is divided into three parts,each part of the work are as follows:(1)The overall mechanical design of the test bed.According to the selected shearer model,determine the braking parameters of the brake:the shearing resistance of the shearer on the shearer,the equivalent moment of inertia on the traction motor shaft,and the braking torque under the emergency braking condition.The inertia simulation method of the existing test bench is compared and analyzed,and the mechanical inertia simulation scheme is put forward according to the actual working condition of the shearer.According to the inertia simulation range of the test bed,the inertia difference is determined and the size of the inertia flywheel structure is calculated.Complete the design of the other parts mechanical structure of the test bed,and the selection and arrangement of the sensors.(2)Design of embedded data acquisition system for test bed.Front-end data acquisition module using C8051F410 as a microcontroller,design data acquisition,serial communication,power modules and other hardware circuits.To prepare the program in the keil4 simulation environment,and complete the acquisition of multi-channel friction temperature,friction plate wear detection,brake torque,test bench spindle speed.Select the Samsung S5PV210 chip as the main processor in the back-end core processing module,and choose 9tripod x210v3 development board for the embedded platform.Through the installation of cross-compiler tool chain and tftp,nfs tool to complete the host platform uboot,kernel,rootfs the cutting and transplantation.Analysis of the basic framework of character device driver,the use of gpiolib based on the character device,misc class equipment,input subsystem and other framework to complete the underlying driver development.(3)The development of test bed embedded touch screen GUI application.In the Ubuntu environment to build QT5.6 software development environment,use QtSerialPort module to achieve front-end and back-end serial communication;use QcustomPlot third-party graphics module to draw the real-time curve of displacement,temperature,torque and other performance parameters;use lightweight database SQLite to storage and management sensor data;through the QMultimedia module to achieve monitoring interface camera display,screenshots,video and other functions.The system test showed that the embedded data acquisition system and the QT application were well run on the target machine x210v3 platform,and the AD conversion method with multiple cumulative values could improve the accuracy of the test data collection.
