Design And Research Of Oil Top Drive Drilling System Test Bench

With the rapid development production and application of Top Drive System,the importance of new production and overhaul Top Drive System test is outstanding day by day,however,there does not have a widely used type of test bench,facing with the urgent needs of actual production,this paper designs a system of Top Drive System test bench.In this paper,based on a wide range statistical of the existing top drive parameters,according to the optimization principle to determine the test bench of technical standards,then design the whole mechanism of test bench,made three-dimensional model diagram,and according to the test requirements formulated the details process flow for test bench.The overall structure of the test bench includes mainly two parts: One part is pull load test system,include pull load regulator,hook,fix device,bench and so on.Bench support main body,the lower fix device fixed spindle,pull load regulator use ball screw as the main component,load testing tension;the other part is torque test system,include cross universal coupling,speed increase box,torque sensor,brake rigging,eddy current brake,cooling centrifugal pump and so on.Through speed increasing box in order to reduce the torque of the next system,use eddy current brake simulation of the actual load,get the variation of torque and speed through the torque sensor.The important parts of parameters was introduced in detail,and made the corresponding check.Then according to the test bench process design the flow chart,and design the PLC control program of each part,completed the design of the control system of the test bench.
