At present,China is in the stage of rapid development of the manufacturing industry.The research and development and production of a large number of intelligent machinery and equipment have rapidly increased the economic aggregate,but it also causes the speed of equipment iteration,a large number of waste machinery and equipment,there are problems such as environmental pollution,resource waste,carbon emission and so on.According to the connotation of green development and circular development of manufacturing industry proposed by the state,remanufacturing is an important technical means to solve this problem,which can make waste equipment serve again,enhance economic value,reduce energy and resource consumption,etc.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the remomanufaceability of waste machinery and the process scheme decision of remanufacturing.Waste machine tools occupy the main part of waste machinery and equipment,among which the representativeness,applicability and the highest remanufacturing value of the machine tool spindle parts.Through the analysis of the main failure mode and the dynamic simulation and the actual working condition,so as to evaluate the remanufacturing property.In order to provide a feasible way for the component level remanufacturing evaluation of waste mechanical equipment.On the basis of remanufacturing value,the remanufacturing and repair work of waste parts is carried out.Because the remanufacturing parts are different from the new parts,which have different performance and quality requirements,it is difficult to control,resulting in the uncertainty of the repair process scheme.Therefore,this paper adopts the remanufacturing process scheme decision method based on fuzzy neural network,combined with the remanufacturing historical data information database of parts,selects the optimal process route,and then realizes the remanufacturing process scheme decision,which greatly improves the remanufacturing efficiency and precision of waste mechanical equipment parts.Finally,the feasibility of the prediction model is verified by predicting the remaining service life value of a used machine tool spindle component and determining its remanufacturability.On this basis,the remanufacturing process solution decision was carried out for the remanufactured part,and the optimal solution was selected to complete the remanufacturing repair work.So far,the thesis provides a systematic and standardized feasible method for remanufacturing based on scrap machinery and equipment parts level.
