| The spindle of machine tool is an important core component of mac hine tool.It is used in almost all rotating machine tools.Its working accuracy level direc tly depends on the machining quality of the spindle.The spindle of machine tool has the characteristics of high speed,large force,easy wear and failure,so it is required to have high machining accuracy,good surface quality and good quality consistency.In the machining process of machine tool spindle,grinding,as its finishing process,is an important means to meet its high precision and high surface quality.A t present,a common problem in grinding process is that the selection of grinding process sc heme mainly depends on the experience of the operator.In this way,the decision-making efficiency of the grinding process scheme is low,and the processing flexibi lity is poor.In the process scheme decision-making,the single machine operates in isolation and can not be fully utilized.In view of the above problems,this paper designs the intelligent decision software and cloud platform system for grinding process of machine tool spindle,studies the intelligent reasoning technology and cloud platform construction technology,develops the process software and cloud platform system,and obtains the corresponding results in the grinding experiment of machine tool spindle in the cooperative enterprise.Use verification.First,the intelligent decision-making software and its cloud platform system for machine tool spindle grinding process are designed.The process software and cloud platform system are studied and summarized.Secondly,the overall design of process software is carried out,including design requirements analysis,software framework,functional module analysis and system flow analysis.The process software is divided into four modules: basic database module,process knowledge base module,process definition module.Block and decision optimization module;then the overall design of the cloud platform system,including the design of service patterns,the overall framework of the system and development tools,and describes the design.Then,the intelligent decision-making software for grinding process of machine tool spindle and the realization of cloud platform system and the key technology research are introduced.The key technologies of process software,such as standardized description of process information,case-based reasoning and neural network modeling,are introduced.The corresponding modules of process software are developed on the basis of this research.The construction technology of cloud platform is introduced,including the realization of front-end interactive page and the configuration of back-end server.Finally,the intelligent decision-making software for grinding process of machine tool spindle and its cloud platform system are exemplified.A specific new process problem is input into the cloud platform system,and the cloud platfor m system is used to make the process plan decision.Finally,the spindle blank is processed by experiment and the grinding process is analyzed.As a result,the gri nding process decision software and its cloud platform system are verified. |
