| China has the largest number of machine tools and most of them have served beyond 10 years. Since the processability and informatization level of the machine tools are out of date, large quantities of machine tools will be scarped for reaching the end of technical life or service life. Remanufacturing machine tools will realize the resources or equipment cyclic utilization and the improvement of energy efficiency, which accords with sustainable development and green manufacturing. Remanufacturability quality assessment of waste machine tools is so difficult that remanufacturing quality of waste machine tool cannot be assured, since recycling waste machine tools’ quality, working condition and remaining life of its component parts are uncertain and random.The evaluation of remanufacturing quality attributes of machine tools and the decision of remanufacturing quality attributes of wasted parts are researched in this paper, for establishing the remanufacturability quality assessment and decision model of waste machine tools, with the financial aid by national natural science foundation. The main work of this paper as follows:(1)The remanufacturing machine tools quality forming model is determined by investigating the remanufacturing process of waste machine tools in a remanufacturing department of a machine tools company, and combining with Juran quality model, furthermore the influence factors of remanufacturing quality are found;(2)Secondly, the remanufacturing quality assessment system including technical, economic, energy-saving and performance improvement analysis is established based on the influence factors, in order to evaluating the remanufacturing quality of waste machine tools systematically and comprehensively.(3)For the multi-level, the interrelationship and restriction of factors, the obvious uncertainty and fuzziness of the indexes of the assessment system, a method of remanufacturability quality assessment is put forward, which combines the two methods of of G1 with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The problems of the strong subjectivity, the low efficiency for consistency test of traditional evaluation method are solved by the method.(4)A method of wasted parts remanufacturability quality decision is put forward to realize the remanufacturing quality attributes of wasted parts(reusable parts, repairable parts, remanufacturable parts and scraped parts), based on the uncertainty of original quality and working condition of wasted parts. |
